Claims (3)
- 피부백삼용 인삼을 이용한 홍 피부직삼을 제조함에 있어서,4년근 이상의 인삼을 1차, 2차에 걸쳐 세척한 후 피부에 반점이나 상처가 없는 품질이 양호한 것 가공용도별로 선별하는 단계;상기 선별된 인삼을 80∼100℃의 스팀에서 증기를 이용하여 45∼90분간 증숙시키는 단계;상기 증숙된 인삼을 습식건조실에서 건조실 내부 습도를 포화상태로 유지시키며 50~60℃에서 16∼20시간 건조시키는 단계;상기 습식건조실에서 나온 인삼을 직삼의 형태로 정형한 다음, 다시 건식건조실에서 45∼55℃에서 8~12시간 건조시키는 단계;상기 건식건조실을 거친 인삼을 자연건조장에서 50여일 건조하여 수분함량을 15% 이하로 유지할 수 있도록 건조시키는 단계; 및건조된 홍 피부직삼을 통상의 방법으로 선별 포장하여 상품으로 출하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 원형 홍 피부직삼의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건식건조실에서의 건조방식은 맥반석이 배치된 맥반석 건조시스템을 갖춘 건조실에서 원적외선 열을 이용하는 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원형 홍 피부직삼의 제조방법.
- 상기 제1항 또는 제2항의 제조방법을 이용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 원형 홍 피부직삼.
