Claims (4)
- 프론트 하우징과 리어 하우징 사이에 한 쌍의 실린더 블록을 형성하고, 이 한 쌍의 실린더 블록 사이에 형성된 캠실내에 회전축과 함께 움직이는 캠체를 배치함과 함께, 각 실린더 블록에서 상기 회전축의 주위에 복수 배열된 실린더 보어내에 양두 피스톤을 수용하고, 상기 실린더 블록에는 상기 실린더 보어와 축구멍을 연통하도록 흡입통로가 형성되고, 이 양두 피스톤에 의해 상기 실린더 보어내에 구획되는 압축실에 상기 흡입통로를 개재한 흡입압 영역으로부터 냉매를 도입하기 위한 도입통로를 갖는 로터리 밸브를 회전축에 구비하고, 이 회전축의 주면을 따른 냉매 누출을 방지하기 위한 축봉장치를 프론트 하우징과 회전축 사이에 형성한 양두 피스톤식 압축기에 있어서,상기 축봉장치를 상기 프론트 하우징에 형성한 수용실내에 수용하고, 상기 회전축내에 상기 흡입압 영역에 연통하는 공급통로를 형성함과 함께 이 공급통로에 상기 도입통로를 연통시키고, 상기 수용실과 상기 캠실을 연통하는 연통통로를 형성함과 함께, 상기 도입통로와 상기 수용실을 연통시키는 연통 홈을 상기 프론트 하우징측의 로터리 밸브를 형성하는 회전축의 외주면에 형성하고, 상기 공급통로와 상기 캠실을 상기 수용실을 개재한 연통통로 및 연통 홈에 의해 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 양두 피스톤식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연통 홈은, 제 1 홈구가 상기 도입통로에 연통하고, 제 2 홈구가 상기 수용실에 연통하고 있으며, 상기 양두 피스톤이 상기 압축실의 용적을 최소로 하는 상사점으로부터 압축실의 용적을 최대로 하는 하사점으로 이행함에 따라, 상기 도입통로는 회전축의 회전방향 선행측으로부터 후행측으로 상기 흡입통로에 연통하고,상기 회전축의 회전방향을 따른 도입통로의 개구폭을 이등분하는 가상선을 이등분선으로 하였을 때, 상기 연통 홈은, 적어도 상기 제 1 홈구가 도입통로에 있어서의 상기 이등분선보다 회전방향 후행측에 연통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양두 피스톤식 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 연통 홈은, 상기 제 2 홈구가 도입통로의 회전방향 후행측에 위치하고, 연통 홈은 회전축의 중심축에 대하여 평행을 이루는 직선 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양두 피스톤식 압축기.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 도입통로에 있어서의 회전축의 외주면측 개구는 다각 형상을 이루고, 상기 연통 홈의 제 1 홈구는, 상기 외주면측 개구에서 상기 수용실측의 코너부를 회피한 직선 형상의 개구 가장자리에 연통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양두 피스톤식 압축기.
