Claims (5)
- 2개의 부분(11, 12)들을 포함하는 장치(10)를 위한 밀봉 시스템(13)으로서,상기 부분들 중 하나의 부분(11)은 상기 밀봉 시스템(13)이 제공되는 한편, 다른 부분(12)은 상기 밀봉 시스템과 결합되는 면(14)을 포함하고,상기 밀봉 시스템(13)은 상기 하나의 부분(11)의 벽(16)의 단부측에 형성되며 상기 단부측을 따라 연장된 홈(20)을 가지고, 상기 홈의 양측은 외측 및 내측 홈 측면부(22, 25)에 의해 한정되며,상기 벽(16)의 외측(17)을 향해 놓인 상기 외측 홈 측면부(22)는 상기 부분(12)의 상기 면(14)에 지지되는 한편, 상기 벽(16)의 내측(24)을 향해 놓인 상기 내측 홈 측면부(25)는 상기 면(14)에 대해 간격을 두고 연장하고,상기 홈(20) 내에는 고무 탄성의 밀봉부(27)가 배치되며, 상기 밀봉부는 부하를 받지 않은 상태에서는 상기 2개의 외측 및 내측 홈 측면부(22, 25)를 지나 돌출하고, 부하를 받은 상태에서 상기 외측 홈 측면부(22)까지 뒤로 밀리며,상기 외측 홈 측면부(22)는 상기 홈(20)에 근접하여 횡단면이 노즈형인 돌출부(23)를 가지며, 상기 돌출부는 소성 변형 하에 상기 부분(12)의 상기 면(14)과 결합하고,상기 내측 홈 측면부(25)는 횡단면이 웨지로서 형성되고, 상기 웨지는 라운딩된 팁을 가지며 그 웨지 각도로 평평하게 형성된 홈(20)의 베이스(21)에서 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부(27)는 비압축성이며, 상기 홈(20)을 충진할 뿐 아니라 상기 2개의 외측 및 내측 홈 측면부(22, 25)를 지나 반구형으로 돌출하는 횡단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부(27)는 실리콘 고무로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내측 홈 측면부(25)는 상기 홈(20)의 상기 베이스(21)로부터 최대 홈의 절반 깊이까지 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 홈(20)의 상기 베이스(21)는 상기 부분(12)의 상기 면(14)에 대해 평행하게 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 시스템.
