Description
Claims (15)
- 기록 매체의 광 조사 표면 상에 전류를 사용하여 자기장을 생성함으로써 자기 기록을 수행하는 자기 디스크 장치이며,광을 투과하는 광학 필름과 전류가 통과하는 금속 필름을 적층함으로써 형성된 헤드 유닛과,상기 광학 필름을 통해 광이 투과되고 상기 기록 매체의 표면 상에 조사되는 방식으로 광을 조사하는 노광 유닛과,상기 금속 필름에 전류를 출력하는 전류 출력 유닛을 포함하는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름은 투과된 광이 출력되는 출력 위치에 대해 비대칭이며, 상기 금속 필름은 출력 위치의 하류 측 부근에 형성되며, 상기 전류 출력 유닛은 출력 위치의 하류 측 부근에 형성된 상기 금속 필름에 전류를 출력하는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름과 상기 금속 필름은 투과된 광이 출력되는 출력 위치에 대해 대칭이며, 상기 전류 출력 유닛은 출력 위치의 하류 측 부근에 형성된 상기 금속 필름에 전류를 출력하는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 상기 금속 필름과 상기 광학 필름을 적층함으로써 상기 헤드 유닛이 형성되며, 상기 전류 출력 유닛은 투과된 광이 관통하여 출력되는 출력 위치의 하류 부근에 형성된 상기 금속 필름에 전류를 출력하는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 상기 금속 필름과 상기 광학 필름을 적층함으로써 상기 헤드 유닛이 형성되며, 상기 전류 출력 유닛은 상기 금속 필름에 전류를 출력하는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 필름은 투과된 광이 관통하여 출력되는 출력 위치 부근에서는 얇은 필름이며, 출력 위치로부터의 거리에 따라 두꺼워지는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 유닛은 슬라이더의 횡방향 측부에 대해 순차적으로 판독 헤드와 상기 광학 필름을 포함하며, 상기 금속 필름이 상기 광학 필름 내의 광학 경로 층보다 상기 슬라이더의 횡방향 면으로부터 더욱 이격되어 위치 결정되는 방식으로 상기 금속 필름이 형성되는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 유닛은 상기 광학 필름과 상기 금속 필름에 추가하여 판독 헤드를 포함하는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 필름의 바닥 표면은 상기 광학 필름의 바닥 표면보다 상기 기록 매체의 표면으로부터 더욱 이격되어 위치 결정되는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름은 알루미늄 필름인 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름의 패턴과 동일한 형상으로 상기 금속 필름을 마스킹하여 에칭함으로써 상기 헤드 유닛이 형성되는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기장을 생성하는 요크와 광을 안내하는 광 도파관이 근접장 광을 생성하는 부분 내에서 접촉되는 방식으로 상기 광학 필름과 상기 금속 필름이 형성되는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노광 유닛은 상기 기록 매체 표면의 온도를 기초로 하여 광력을 제어하는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노광 유닛은 온/오프 변조에 의해 광을 조사하는 자기 디스크 장치.
- 기록 매체의 광 조사 표면 상에 전류를 사용하여 자기장을 생성함으로써 자기 기록을 수행하는 자기 디스크 장치의 제조 방법이며,상기 기록 매체의 광 조사 표면에 수직 방향으로 고정되는 보드 상에 복수의 광학 필름을 적층하는 단계와,상기 광학 필름에 의해 투과된 광을 포획하고 광의 누출을 방지하도록 상기 광학 필름 상에 금속 필름을 적층하는 단계와,상기 광학 필름과 상기 금속 필름을 건식 에칭하여 상기 기록 매체의 표면 상에 광을 노출시키는 트랜스미터를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 자기 디스크 장치의 제조 방법.
