Claims (7)
- 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛(11)을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치(10)로서, 상기 장치는 서로 수직으로 연장된 2개의 레그(13, 14)를 가진 브래킷(12)을 포함하고, 상기 브래킷에서 상기 유닛(11)은 볼트(15, 16)에 의해 관통되는 탄성 중합체 소자(17, 18)에 의해 지지되고, 상기 유닛(11)의 장착 방향(45)으로 연장되는 제 1 볼트(15)는 상기 장착 방향(45)에 대해 수직으로 연장된, 브래킷(12)의 제 1 레그(13)에 할당 배치되는 한편, 상기 브래킷(12)의 제 2 레그(14)는 상기 장착 방향(45)과 반대로 개방된, 상기 제 2 레그(14)의 평면에 대해 수직으로 연장된 축선을 가진 탄성 중합체 소자(18)를 수용하기 위한 적어도 하나의 리세스(21, 22)를 포함하는 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛(11)을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치에 있어서,- 상기 브래킷(12)의 상기 제 2 레그(14)에 할당된 중공 실린더형의 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)는 상기 브래킷(12)의 상기 제 2 레그(14)의 상기 리세스(21, 22) 내에 삽입된, 직경이 축소된 중앙 섹션(40)을 포함하고,- 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 상기 중앙 섹션(40)은 그 둘레의 절반 이상이 상기 브래킷(12)의 상기 제 2 레그(14)로 둘러싸이고,- 상기 브래킷(12)의 상기 제 2 레그(14)에 할당된 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)는 상기 제 2 볼트(16)에 배치된 클램핑 수단(34, 35, 36)에 의해 방사방향으로 확장되거나 축방향으로 축소되고,- 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 상기 중앙 섹션(40)은 상기 리세스(21, 22)에 대해 가압되고, 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 상기 중앙 섹션(40)의 양측으로 인접하는 단부 섹션(38, 39)은 상기 리세스(21, 22)를 제한하는, 상기 브래킷(12)의 상기 제 2 레그(14)의 2개의 측면(24, 25)에 대해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브래킷(12)의 상기 제 2 레그(14)에는 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 수용을 위한, 이격 배치된 2개의 상기 리세스(21, 22)가 형성되고, 상기 리세스들은 상기 제 1 볼트(15)가 연장된 평면(23)에 대칭으로 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 볼트(16)는 상기 유닛(11) 내로 압입되거나 또는 나사 조임되고, 상기 유닛(11)에 인접하게 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 내부 횡단면 내에 맞물리는 섹션(32)을 가지며, 상기 섹션으로부터 더 작은 직경의 나사 샤프트가 시작되고, 상기 샤프트 위에 클램핑 수단으로서 플랜지(35)를 가진 부시(34) 및 너트(36)가 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 부시(34)는 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 내부 횡단면 내에 맞물리는 한편, 상기 플랜지(35)와 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 직경은 적어도 거의 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 볼트(16)의 유닛측 섹션(32) 및 상기 부시(34)는 상기 축소되지 않은 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 상기 단부 섹션(38, 39)에 매칭되는 길이를 갖고, 상기 제 2 볼트(16)의 상기 섹션(32)은 부시(34)용 스토퍼를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 볼트(16), 상기 제 2 볼트(16)의 상기 유닛측 섹션(32)에 설치된 상기 단부 섹션(38)을 가진 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18), 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(18)의 상기 반대편 단부 섹션(39)에 맞물리는, 상기 플랜지(35)를 가진 부시(34), 및 나사 샤프트(33) 상에 나사 조임된 너트(36)가 부품 그룹(37)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 볼트(17)에 의해 관통되는 상기 탄성 중합체 소자(17)는 상기 브래킷(12)의 상기 제 1 레그(13)에 형성된 개구(20)에 수용되고, 상기 개구는 적어도 거의 긴 홀로 형성되고, 상기 홀의 종축선은 상기 브래킷(12)의 상기 제 2 레그(14)의 평면에 대해 수직으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동 시스템의 유압 유닛을 차량 내에 탄성적으로 장착하기 위한 장치.
