Claims (3)
- 고체 고분자형 연료 전지 세퍼레이터의 적어도 한쪽 둘레부를 시일하기 위한 재료로서, 상기 재료가(A) 한 분자 중에 규소 원자와 결합하는 알케닐기를 2 개 이상 함유하는 오르가노폴리실록산 100 중량부(B) R3SiO1/2 단위 (식 중, R은 비치환 또는 치환된 1가 탄화수소기) 및 SiO2 단위를 주성분으로 하고, R3SiO1/2 단위와 SiO2 단위의 몰비 [R3SiO 1/2/SiO2]가 0.5내지 1.5이고, 또한 5×10-3 내지 1×10-4 mol/g의 비닐기를 함유하는 수지질 공중합체 5 내지 50 중량부(C) 한 분자 중에 규소 원자와 결합하는 수소 원자를 2 개 이상 함유하는 오르가노하이드로겐 폴리실록산, (A), (B) 성분의 합계 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 내지 20 중량부(D) 비표면적이 150 내지 400 m2/g인 훈증 실리카, (A), (B) 성분의 합계 100 중량부에 대하여 10 내지 30 중량부(E) 부가 반응 촉매 촉매량을 필수 성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체고분자형 연료 전지 세퍼레이터용 시일 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 및 (B) 성분 중의 규소 원자에 결합한 알케닐기의 합계와, (C) 성분 중의 Si-H기의 몰비 Si-H기/알케닐기가 0.8 내지 5.0의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지 세퍼레이터용 시일 재료.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, (A) 성분의 한 분자 중에 규소 원자와 결합하는 알케닐기를 2 개 이상 함유하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 평균 중합도가 100 내지 2000이고, 규소 원자에 결합하는 전체 유기기의 90 % 이상이 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지 세퍼레이터용 시일 재료.
