Claims (10)
- (A) 분자 당 적어도 2개의 알케닐 라디칼이 각각 규소 원자에 결합된 오르가노폴리실록산 100중량부,(B) 분자 당 적어도 3개의 수소 원자가 각각 규소 원자에 결합된 오르가노히드로겐폴리실록산 0.5 내지 20중량부, 및(E) 촉매량의 부가 반응 촉매를 포함하며, 여기서 10 이하의 중합도를 갖는 저분자량 오르가노폴리실록산의 함량이 0.2중량% 이하인, 중합체 전해질 연료-전지 세퍼레이터의 적어도 한쪽 면의 주변을 실링하기 위한 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 오르가노폴리실록산 (A)는 100 내지 2,000의 평균 중합도를 가지며, 규소 원자에 결합된 전체 유기 라디칼 중 적어도 90mol%는 메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)에 있는 알케닐 라디칼의 총량 및 성분 (B)에 있는 규소-결합 수소 원자의 총량은 규소-결합 수소 원자 대 알케닐 라디칼의 몰비가 0.8 내지 5.0의 범위이도록 하는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
- (A) 분자 당 적어도 2개의 알케닐 라디칼이 각각 규소 원자에 결합된 오르가노폴리실록산 100중량부,(B) 분자 당 적어도 3개의 수소 원자가 각각 규소 원자에 결합된 오르가노히드로겐폴리실록산 0.5 내지 20중량부,(C) 50 내지 400m2/g의 비표면적을 갖는 퓸드 실리카 5 내지 40중량부,(D) 50㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 퓸드 실리카 이외의 내산성 무기 충전제 10 내지 200중량부, 및(E) 촉매량의 부가 반응 촉매를 포함하는, 중합체 전해질 연료-전지 세퍼레이터의 적어도 한쪽 면의 주변을 실링하기 위한 고무 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 내산성 무기 충전제 (D)는 석영 가루, 규조토, 운모, 활석, 클레이, 알루미나, 수산화알루미늄, 황산바륨, 산화티탄 및 산화철, 및 그것들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 오르가노폴리실록산 (A)는 200 내지 2,000의 평균 중합도를 가지며, 규소 원자에 결합된 전체 유기 라디칼 중 적어도 90mol%는 메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)에 있는 알케닐 라디칼의 총량 및 성분 (B)에 있는 규소-결합 수소 원자의 총량은 규소-결합 수소 원자 대 알케닐 라디칼의 몰비가 0.8 내지 5.0의 범위이도록 하는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 고무 조성물을 경화된 상태로 포함하는, 중합체 전해질 연료-전지 세퍼레이터용 시일 부재.
- 금속 박판, 및 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 고무 조성물을 압축성형, 주입성형, 사출성형, 이송성형, 침지, 코팅 또는 스크링 프린팅하고 경화시킴에 의해 금속 박판의 적어도 한쪽 면의 주변을 따라 형성된 시일 부재를 포함하는, 중합체 전해질 연료-전지 세퍼레이터.
- 도전성 분말 및 바인더를 포함하는 기판, 및 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 고무 조성물을 압축성형, 주입성형, 사출성형, 이송성형, 침지, 코팅 또는 스크링 프린팅하고 경화시킴에 의해 기판의 적어도 한쪽 면의 주변을 따라 형성된 시일 부재를 포함하는, 중합체 전해질 연료-전지 세퍼레이터.
