Claims (11)
- 가변 전류에 의해 전자 부품(36)을 작동시키는 구동 회로(16)로서,상기 전류는 적어도 2가지 불연속적인 전류 세기 사이에서 전환되도록 제어되며,상기 구동 회로(16)는 전류 미러 회로(38)를 포함하며,상기 전류 미러 회로(38)는 제 1 공급 전압 단자(18)와 제어 전류원(46) 사이에 있고 기준 저항(42) 및 기준 트랜지스터(44)로 이루어진 제 1 직렬 회로(40)를 구비하고,상기 전류 미러 회로(38)는 제 2 공급 전압 단자(87)와 상기 전류 미러 회로(38)의 출력부(30) 사이에 있는 추가의 저항(50) 및 추가의 트랜지스터(52)로 이루어진 제 2 직렬 회로(48)를 구비하며,상기 전류 미러 회로(38)의 출력부(30)를 통해 전자 부품(36)이 구동 제어되며,상기 기준 트랜지스터(44) 뿐만 아니라 상기 추가의 트랜지스터(52)가 공통의 제어 전류원(46)에 의해 제어되는, 구동 회로에 있어서,상기 구동 회로(16)는, 적어도 2가지 불연속적인 전류 세기 사이에서의 상기 가변 전류의 전환 제어시에 발생하는 초기 과도 진동을 감쇠시키는 회로 소자를 구비하며,상기 전류 미러 회로(38)는 상기 추가의 저항(50)에 직렬 접속된 인덕턴스(86)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 회로.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전류 미러 회로(38)는 기준 저항(42)을 교락시키는 커패시턴스(88)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 회로.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인덕턴스(86)는 상기 제 1 공급 전압 단자(18)와 제 2 공급 전압 단자(87) 사이에 접속된 도전성 접속 부분에 의하여 실현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 회로.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 접속 부분은 본딩 와이어에 의해 실현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 회로.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 접속 부분은 상기 전류 미러 회로(38)를 지지하는 프린팅 회로 상에 있는 스트립 형상의 선로에 의해 실현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준 트랜지스터(44) 및 추가의 트랜지스터(52)는 바이폴라 pnp-트랜지스터 또는 p-채널-전계 효과 트랜지스터로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준 트랜지스터(44) 및 추가의 트랜지스터(52)는 바이폴라 npn-트랜지스터 또는 n-채널-전계 효과 트랜지스터로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 회로.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,pnp-트랜지스터의 n-웰 또는 npn-트랜지스터의 p-웰은 감쇠 저항(90)을 통해 기준 전위에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 회로.
