Claims (3)
- 내륜과 외륜 사이에 복수의 롤러가 구비된 롤러베어링에 있어서,롤러 구름면과 상기 내륜 또는 외륜의 궤도면을 무부하조건에서 서로 접촉시킨 상태에서, 공통 모선방향(x방향) 각 위치에서 베어링 반경방향(z방향)으로의 간격이 탄성접촉이론에 근거하여 계산되는 이론값 Z(x)를 만족시키기 위하여,상기 롤러 구름면 및 상기 궤도면의 적어도 하나의 공통 모선방향의 윤곽선형상이, 그 모선을 복수의 영역으로 분할하고, 그 각 영역에 대해,(x - ai)2 + (z - bi)2 = ri 2 (여기서, i = 1, 2, …)로 표시되고, 또한, 각 상기 영역의 경계에서 서로 접하는 복수의 원호의 집합에 의해서, 상기 이론값 Z(x)에 근거한 형상에 근접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이론값 Z(x)가,Z(x) = k × { (1 - ν1 2) / E1 + (1 - ν2 2) / E2 }Qd× log {1 - ( 2x / la )2}-1 / (π·la)인 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러베어링.여기서, x축에 있어서의 원점(x=0)은 각 상기 롤러의 축방향의 중심이고, 또 한,k ; 양의 정수E1 ; 상기 롤러의 영률E2 ; 상기 내륜 또는 외륜의 영률ν1 ; 상기 롤러의 쁘아송비ν2 ; 상기 내륜 또는 외륜의 쁘아송비Qd ; 롤링부재의 하중la ; 상기 롤러의 윤곽선의 유효길이
- 내륜과 외륜 사이에 복수의 롤러가 구비된 롤러베어링에 있어서,롤러 구름면과 상기 내륜 또는 외륜의 궤도면을 무부하조건에서 서로 접촉시킨 상태에서, 공통 모선방향(x방향) 각 위치에서 베어링 반경방향(z방향)으로의 간격이, 탄성접촉이론에 근거하여 계산되는 이론값 Z(x)를 만족하기 위하여,상기 롤러 구름면 및 상기 궤도면의 적어도 하나의 공통 모선방향의 윤곽선형상이, 그 모선을 복수의 영역으로 분할하고, 그 각 영역에 대해,(x - ai)2 + (z - bi)2 = ri 2 (여기서, i = 1, 2, …)로 표시되고, 또한, 각 영역의 경계에서 서로 접하는 복수의 원호의 집합으 로 구성되는 형상으로 연삭가공에 의해서 형성된 후, 다시 연마가공을 실시하는 것에 의해서, 상기 이론치 Z(x)에 근거한 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러베어링의 제조방법.
