Claims (1)
- 外周に円錐状の軌道面を有する内輪と、内周に円錐状の軌道面を有する外輪と、前記両軌道面間に組込まれた複数の円すいころと、この円すいころを収容する保持器とからなるトランスミッション用又はデファレンシャル用の円すいころ軸受において、
前記内輪および外輪のうち少なくとも前記内輪の軌道面には、その母線方向の中央部に設けられた中央曲線と、この中央曲線の母線方向の両側に設けられ、前記中央曲線よりも曲率半径の小さい端部曲線とからなる複合曲線のカットクラウニングが形成され、
前記円すいころの転動面には、その母線方向の中央部に設けられたストレート部と、このストレート部の母線方向の両側に対数クラウニング部が形成されており、
前記内輪の軌道面の有効軌道面幅をLGとし、前記円すいころの転動面の前記ストレート部の幅をLW1としたとき、0.7≦LW1/LG<0.95であり、
前記対数クラウニング部のドロップ量をDr、前記円すいころの直径をDw、前記内輪の軌道面のカットクラウニングのドロップ量をDcとしたとき、0.003≦(Dr+Dc)/Dw≦0.03の範囲にあることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。
