Abstract
【解決手段】螺旋状に続く案内ねじ面54a、54bを外周に有し中心軸L1、L2周りに回転駆動される一対のフィードドラム51、52を平行に設置し、これらフィードドラム51、52は、互いに対向する案内ねじ面54a、54bで軸受用ころWを支持して回転させ両フィードドラム51、52間を通し送りするものであり、両フィードドラム51、52間を通過するワークWの外周面を砥石53で加工する軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工方法において、案内ねじ面54a、54bのねじ底角度をフィードドラム51、52の軸方向の位置により変化させ、両フィードドラム51、52間を通過するワークWの1回の通し送りにより、軸受用ころの転動面のストレート部とその両端のクラウニング部を超仕上げ加工することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 螺旋状に続く案内ねじ面を外周に有し中心軸周りに回転駆動される一対のフィードドラムを平行に設置し、これらフィードドラムは、互いに対向する前記案内ねじ面で軸受用ころとなるワークを支持して回転させ前記両フィードドラム間を通し送りするものであり、前記両フィードドラム間を通過する前記ワークの外周面を砥石で加工する軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工方法において、
前記案内ねじ面のねじ底角度を前記フィードドラムの軸方向の位置により変化させ、
前記両フィードドラム間を通過する前記ワークの1回の通し送りにより、前記軸受用ころの転動面のストレート部とその両端の対数曲線クラウニング部を超仕上げ加工することを特徴とする軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工方法。 - 前記案内ねじ面のねじ底角度を前記フィードドラムの軸方向の位置により連続的にあるいは段階的に変化させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工方法。
- 前記軸受用ころが円すいころであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工方法。
- 前記軸受用ころが円筒ころであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工方法。
- 螺旋状に続く案内ねじ面を外周に有し中心軸周りに回転駆動される一対のフィードドラムを平行に設置し、これらフィードドラムは、互いに対向する前記案内ねじ面で軸受用ころとなるワークを支持して回転させ前記両フィードドラム間を通し送りするものであり、前記両フィードドラム間を通過する前記ワークの外周面を加工する砥石を備えた軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工装置において、
前記一対のフィードドラムの案内ねじ面のねじ底角度を前記軸受用ころの転動面のストレート部とその両端の対数曲線クラウニング部の形状に対応して変化させたことを特徴とする軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工装置。 - 前記案内ねじ面のねじ底角度を前記フィードドラムの軸方向の位置により連続的にあるいは段階的に変化させたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の軸受用ころの超仕上げ加工装置。
