Claims (21)
- 세라믹스계 전자디바이스부품의 제조나, 사출성형에 의해서 얻어지는 금속계 부품의 제조시에서의 열처리 또는 소성공정에서 쓰이는, 가소성을 부여한 알루미나를 포함한 분말을 성형하여 소성하고, 그 전부가 일정한 크기의 직선형상의 복수의 관통구멍을 갖는 소성물인 세라믹스 세터를 제조하는 방법으로서, 적어도 70중량%의 알루미나를 함유하는 분말에 유기 화합물을 첨가하고, 상기 분말에 가소성을 부여한 후, 상기 가소화분말을 이용하여 압출성형으로 복수의 관통구멍을 갖는 원하는 형상의 성형물을 얻고, 상기 성형물을 건조후, 상기 건조한 성형물을 1400∼1700℃의 온도로 소성하여, 그 길이방향에 있어서 안지름이 동일한 직선형상이고 또한 상기 안지름이 0.3∼1 mm 인 복수의 관통구멍을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 세터의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나의 함유량이 78∼85중량%인 세라믹스 세터의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나의 함유량이 99중량% 이상인 세라믹스 세터의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1400∼1700℃의 온도로 소성후, 얻어진 소성물을 원하는 형상으로 가공하는 세라믹스 세터의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 세라믹스계 전자디바이스부품이나, 사출성형에 의해서 얻어지는 금속부품과 접촉하는 부분에, 안정화 지르코니아 혹은 산화마그네슘의 수성 슬러리를 코팅한 후, 상기 부분에 녹여붙이는 세라믹스 세터의 제조방법.
