Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit uniform calcination without irregularities in a short time by providing a large number of heat flow holes penetrating to the top and bottom of the plane part of a tray body formed of a heat resistant material and sintering powder moldings by using it.
CONSTITUTION: A framed tray 1 is a rectangular box shape which is opened in the upper part and is covered with frame faces in four side parts. A large number of heat flow holes are provided in the bottom part in penetration therethrough at regular or irregular intervals. When a prescribed number of powder moldings are contained in such tray 1 and are calcined in a furnace, the heat radiation from upper heating elements can be received directly, and the heat radiation from lower heating elements are received effectively through the holes 1a provided in the bottom part of the tray 1.
