Claims (28)
- a) 분자량이 500 내지 16,000인 하나 이상의, 이작용성 이상의 폴리올,b) 분자량이 140 내지 1,500인 하나 이상의, 이작용성 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트,c) 분자량이 32 내지 500인 하나 이상의 저분자량, 이작용성 이상의 알콜 및(또는) 아민,d) 하나 이상의 알콕시실란기 및 하나의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 화합물 및e) 임의로, 아미노, 알콜 또는 옥심기를 함유하며, 성분 d)의 범위에 속하는 화합물이 아닌 일작용성 물질을 유기 용매 중에서 반응시킨 반응 생성물이고, 성분 d)의 당량이 성분 d) 와 성분 e)의 총 당량의 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서,a) 분자량이 500 내지 16,000인 하나 이상의, 이작용성 이상의 폴리올 40 내지 92 중량%,b) 분자량이 140 내지 1,500인 하나 이상의, 이작용성 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 7 내지 50 중량%,c) 분자량이 32 내지 500인 하나 이상의 저분자량, 이작용성 이상의 알콜 및(또는) 아민 0.5 내지 20 중량%,d) 하나 이상의 알콕시실란기 및 하나의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 화합물 0.1 내지 5 중량% 및e) 임의로, 아미노, 알콜 또는 옥심기를 함유하며, 성분 d)의 범위에 속하는 화합물이 아닌 일작용성 물질을 유기 용매 중에서 반응시킨 반응 생성물이고, 성분 d)의 당량이 성분 d) 와 성분 e)의 총 당량의 75% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서,a) 분자량이 500 내지 16,000인 하나 이상의, 이작용성 이상의 폴리올 47 내지 88 중량%,b) 분자량이 140 내지 1,500인 하나 이상의, 이작용성 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 10 내지 40 중량%,c) 분자량이 32 내지 500인 하나 이상의 저분자량, 이작용성 이상의 알콜 및(또는) 아민 0.8 내지 17 중량%,d) 하나의 알콕시실란기 및 하나의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 함유하는 화합물 0.2 내지 3.0 중량% 및e) 아미노, 알콜 또는 옥심기를 함유하며, 성분 d)의 범위에 속하는 화합물이 아닌 일작용성 물질 0 내지 0.5 중량%을 유기 용매 중에서 반응시킨 반응 생성물이고, 성분 d)의 당량이 성분 d)와 성분 e)의 총 당량의 95% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)의 50 중량% 이상이 분자량이 900 내지 2,500인 하나 이상의 폴리카르보네이트 디올인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 폴리우레탄의 총 고형분 함량을 기준으로 하여, 10 내지 60 중량%의 친수성 폴리올 하나 이상 및 23 내지 50 중량%의 비-친수성 폴리올 하나 이상을 포함하고, 이때 성분 a)의 총 량이 폴리우레탄 총 고형분 함량의 92 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)의 75 중량% 이상이 이소포론 디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 2,4- 또는 2,6-디이소시아네이토톨루엔 및(또는) 4,4'-디이소시아네이토디페닐메탄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 알로파네이트기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 c)의 2 내지 16 중량%가, 염의 기를 함유하는 친수성 이작용성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 친수성 화합물을 포함하고, 성분 a)가 친수성 폴리올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 사슬-연장제로서 알콕시실란기를 함유하는 디아미노-작용성 화합물을 2 중량% 이하의 양 (폴리우레탄의 총 고형분 함량 기준)으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 히드라진 (수화물), 아디프산 디히드라지드 및(또는) 2 몰의 프로필렌 카르보네이트와 1 몰의 히드라진과의 반응 생성물을 0.1 내지 1.5 중량% (폴리우레탄의 총 고형분 함량 기준)로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 d)가 0.3 내지 1.3 중량%(폴리우레탄의 총 고형분 함량 기준)로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 d)가 모노아미노-작용성 알콕시실란과 0.5 내지 1.1 당량의 말레산 알킬 에스테르와의 반응 생성물이며 아스파르트산 에스테르 구조를 함유하는 모노아미노-작용성 반응 생성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, -Si-(O-)3 구조 단위의 수학적으로 결정된 함량이 폴리우레탄의 총 고형분 함량 기준으로 1.2 중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 d)가 0.3 내지 1.3 중량% (폴리우레탄의 총 고형분 함량 기준)의 모노아미노-작용성 알콕시실란을 포함하고, 성분 c)가 0.1 내지 2.0 중량% (폴리우레탄의 총 고형분 함량 기준)의 디아미노-작용성 알콕시실란 성분을 포함하되, 이때 말단 알콕시실란기의 중량이 혼입된 전체 알콕시실란기의 50 중량% 이상임을 특징으로 하는, 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액.
- (a) 하나 이상의 폴리올 a), 하나 이상의 이작용성 폴리이소시아네이트 b) 및 임의로 저분자량 성분 c)로부터 1-단계 또는 2-단계 반응에 의해 이소시아네이트-작용성 폴리우레탄을 제조하는 단계,(b) 임의로 추가 반응 단계로, 상기 폴리우레탄을 이작용성 이상의 성분 c)와 반응시켜 분자량을 추가로 증강시키는 단계,(c) 상기 반응 생성물을, 하나의 알콕시실란기와 하나의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 화합물 d)와 임의로 일작용성 성분 e)를 함께 반응시켜, 자유 이소시아네이트기를 전혀 함유하지 않는 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 갖는 고분자량 폴리우레탄을 수득하는 단계, 및(d) 반응 단계 (a) 이전이나, 반응 단계 (a) 동안, 또는 반응 단계 (a) 이후에 유기 용매를 결과로서 수득되는 알콕시실란 말단기를 갖는 폴리우레탄 용액이 9 내지 65 중량%의 고형분 함량을 갖도록 하는 양으로 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액의 제조 방법.
- (a) 성분 a), 성분 b) 및 임의로 성분 c)의 1-단계 반응을, 임의로 용매의 존재하에 수행하여 이소시아네이트-작용성 고분자량 폴리우레탄을 수득하는 단계,(b) 임의로, 소량의 폴리이소시아네이트 b) 및(또는) 저분자량 이작용성 성분 c)를 요구되는 성질을 획득하기 위해 필요한 점도와 분자량이 될 때까지 첨가하는 단계, 및(c) 알콕시실란기를 함유하는 모노아미노-작용성 화합물 d)를 첨가함으로써 사슬-중단 반응을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 알콕시실란 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 용액을 포함하는 페인트.
