Claims (11)
- 차량에 탑재되어 노면에 대한 정보를 수집하는 노면 검지 장치로서,차량이 주행하는 도로의 노면에 레이더 빔 신호를 조사하고, 이 레이더 빔 신호의 반사 신호를 포함하는 신호를 수신하는 송수신 수단과,차량이 주행하는 도로의 구배를 검출하는 구배 검출 수단과,상기 송수신 수단에 의한 수신 신호중에 포함되는 노면으로부터의 반사 신호 레벨을 상기 구배 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 도로의 구배에 기초하여 보정하고, 이 보정된 반사 신호 레벨과 미리 정해진 기준 레벨을 비교한 결과가 미리 정해진 범위 밖일 때, 레이더 빔 신호의 조사 방향으로 축변위가 생긴 것으로 판정하는 축변위 판정 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면 검지 장치.
- 차량에 탑재되어 차량이 주행하는 도로의 노면 방향으로 레이더 빔 신호를 조사하고, 이 레이더 빔 신호의 노면으로부터의 반사 신호를 포함하는 신호를 수신하여 노면에 대한 정보를 수집하는 노면 검지 장치로서,수신 신호중에 포함되는 노면으로부터의 반사 신호를 검출하는 노면 신호 검출 수단과,차량이 주행하는 도로의 구배를 검출하는 구배 검출 수단과,상기 레이더 빔 신호의 조사 방향으로 축변위가 생기지 않을 때에, 상기 노면 신호 검출 수단에 의하여 검출되는 노면으로부터의 반사 신호의 수신 레벨을 미리 기준 레벨로서 기억하여 두는 기억 수단과,차량의 주행중에 상기 노면 신호 검출 수단에 의하여 검출되는 노면으로부터의 반사 신호의 수신 레벨을 상기 구배 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 도로의 구배에 기초하여 보정하고, 이 보정된 수신 레벨을 상기 기억 수단에 기억되어 있는 기준 레벨과 비교한 결과가 미리 정해진 범위 밖일 때, 레이더 빔 신호의 조사 방향으로 축변위가 생긴 것으로 판정하는 축변위 판정수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면 검지 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 축변위 판정 수단은, 미리 정해진 일정 시간내에 상기 노면 신호 검출 수단의 수신 레벨이 상기 기준 레벨보다도 상기 미리 정해진 범위를 넘어 클 때에는, 아래 방향으로 축변위가 생긴 것으로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면 검지 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 축변위 판정 수단은, 상기 노면 신호 검출 수단의 수신 레벨이 미리 정해진 일정 시간내에 상기 미리 정해진 범위를 넘어 설정되는 노면 외 레벨 이상이 될 때, 노면 이외의 물체로부터의 반사 신호의 수신 레벨로 판정하고, 상기 아래 방향의 축변위로는 판정하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면 검지 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 축변위 판정 수단은, 미리 정해진 일정 시간내에 상기 노면 신호 검출 수단의 수신 레벨이 상기 기준 레벨보다도, 상기 미리 정해진 범위를 넘어 작을 때에는, 위 방향으로 축변위가 생긴 것으로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면 검지 장치.

- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 축변위 판정 수단은, 축변위의 판정 결과를 상기 기억 수단에 기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면 검지 장치.
- 차량에 탑재된 레이더의 위 방향 또는 아래 방향으로의 축변위를 검출하는 장치로서,상기 레이더에 의하여 검지되는 위 방향의 정지물에 대한 최소 검지 거리의 데이터를 수집하는 수단과,수집된 데이터에 기초하여 최소 검지 거리가 제 1 임계치 이하로 되는 빈도를 연산하는 수단과,상기 빈도가 제 2 임계치 이상으로 되는 경우에 레이더의 상하향 축변위가 있다고 판정하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 차량에 탑재된 레이더의 위 방향 또는 아래 방향으로의 축변위를 검출하는 장치로서,상기 레이더에 의하여 검지되는 이동물에 대한 최대 검지 거리의 데이터를 수집하는 수단과,수집된 데이터에 기초하여 최대 검지 거리가 제 1 임계치 이하로 되는 빈도를 연산하는 수단과,상기 빈도가 제 2 임계치 이상으로 되는 경우에 레이더의 상하향 축변위가 있다고 판정하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 차량에 탑재된 레이더의 위 방향 또는 아래 방향으로의 축변위를 검출하는 장치로서,상기 레이더에 의하여 검지되는 이동물에 대한 반사 레벨의 평균치를, 소정의 시간내에서 소정의 거리 범위마다 산출하는 수단과,산출된 평균치가 소정의 임계치 이하로 되는 경우에 레이더의 상하향 축변위가 있다고 판정하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 차량에 탑재된 레이더의 위 방향 또는 아래 방향으로의 축변위를 검출하는 장치로서,상기 레이더에 의한 차간 거리 제어의 실행시에 있어서의 상기 제어의 재세팅 조작 또는 브레이크 조작을 검출하는 수단과,검출된 재세팅 조작 또는 브레이크 조작의 빈도가 소정의 임계치 이상으로 되는 경우에 레이더 상하향 축변위가 있다고 판정하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
