Claims (11)
- 차량의 휠 림에 내장 되어 휠을 구동하는 인휠 모터로서,상기 차량의 차체측의 비회전 부분에 고정된 고정부와, 상기 휠 림측에 고정되고 베어링을 사이에 두고 상기 고정부에 회전 가능하게 지지된 회전부를 갖는 허브 유닛과,상기 차량의 차체측의 비회전 부분에 고정된 스테이터 브래킷과,상기 스테이터 브래킷에 지지되고, 상기 회전부의 회전축심을 중심으로 하여 상기 휠 림 내에 배치된 고리형상의 스테이터와,상기 회전부에 고정된 로터 브래킷과, 또한상기 로터 브래킷에 지지되고, 상기 회전부의 회전축심을 중심으로 하여 상기 스테이터에 근접하여 배치된 고리형상의 로터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스테이터 브래킷과 상기 로터 브래킷과의 사이에 배설되고, 상기 허브 유닛의 회전부에 고정된 브레이크 로터를 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 로터 브래킷은, 상기 로터 브래킷의 회전에 수반하여, 상기 로터 브래킷에 관해 상기 브레이크 로터가 존재하는 일측과 타측의 어느 한쪽부터 다른쪽을 향하는 공기 흐름을 생성하는 통풍 구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 로터 브래킷은, 상기 브레이크 로터에 대해 차폭 방향 바깥쪽에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 통풍 구멍은, 상기 로터 브래킷의 지름 방향으로 형성된 슬릿이고,상기 로터 브래킷은, 그 회전 방향에 관해, 상기 슬릿으로부터 상기 슬릿의 전측의 소정 영역이 상기 브레이크 로터측을 향하고, 또한 상기 슬릿으로부터 상기 슬릿의 후측의 소정 영역이 상기 브레이크 로터와는 반대측을 향하여 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 통풍 구멍은, 상기 로터 브래킷의 지름 방향으로 형성된 슬릿이고,상기 로터 브래킷은, 그 회전 방향에 관해, 상기 슬릿으로부터 상기 슬릿의 후측의 소정 영역이 상기 브레이크 로터측을 향하고, 또한 상기 슬릿으로부터 상기 슬릿의 전측의 소정 영역이 상기 브레이크 로터와는 반대측을 향하여 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 통풍 구멍은, 상기 로터 브래킷의 일부를 개략 ㄷ자 형상으로 잘라서 형성되는 핀을 상기 브레이크 로터와는 반대측으로 절곡함에 의해 형성되고,상기 핀은, 그 단부가 상기 로터 브래킷의 회전 방향을 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 통풍 구멍은, 상기 로터 브래킷의 일부를 개략 ㄷ자 형상으로 잘라서 형성되는 핀을 상기 브레이크 로터측으로 절곡함에 의해 형성되고,상기 핀은, 그 단부가 상기 로터 브래킷의 회전 방향을 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 휠의 차폭 방향의 중앙 위치에 대해, 상기 스테이터와 로터의 차폭 방향의 위치, 및 상기 브레이크 로터의 차폭 방향의 위치가 개략 일치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 허브 유닛은, 차체측에서 요동 가능하게 지지된 서스펜션의 너클에 체결되고,상기 스테이터 브래킷은, 상기 너클과 상기 허브 유닛의 체결 개소에 공동 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전부는, 상기 차량의 엔진으로부터의 구동력이 전달 가능한 드라이브 샤프트가 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인휠 모터.
