Claims (19)
- 기재와;적어도 전도층 및 이 전도층 상의 오르가노실록산 함유 보호층을 구비하는 상기 기재의 일면 상의 활성 부분과;상기 활성 부분의 상기 오르가노실록산 함유 보호층 상에 침적되는 호메오트로픽(homeotropic) 액정 실란층을 포함하는 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 부분은 상기 전도층 상에 제2 전도층을 더 포함하는 것인 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호메오트로픽 액정 실란층은 액정 실란을 포함하는 것인 디스플레이.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 투명한 것인 디스플레이.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 기재는 유리인 것인 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이는 터치 스크린 패널인 것인 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도층은 산화주석을 포함하는 것인 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호메오트로픽 액정 실란층은 디스플레이에 접촉하는 물체에 대한 긁힘 저항성을 제공하는 것인 디스플레이.
- 터치 스크린 패널 상에 보호성 코팅을 형성하는 방법으로서,터치 스크린 패널 상에 실록산 재료를 층으로 침적하는 단계와;상기 실록산 재료를 활성화시키는 단계; 그리고상기 실록산 재료가 활성화되어 있는 동안에, 상기 실록산층에 호메오트로픽 액정 실란 화합물을 도포하여, 실록산층과 호메오트로픽 액정 실란 화합물 사이에 화학 결합을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 보호성 코팅 형성 방법.
