Abstract
Description
더욱 상세하게는, 도2에 도시된 바와 같이, PCV니플(135)은 인테이크 매니폴드(103)의 하부부재(133)에 연결된다.
Claims (5)
- 공기가 저장되는 체임버(chamber)를 형성하는 서지탱크(surge tank);상기 서지탱크에 연결되며, 상기 서지탱크의 체임버 내의 공기를 연소실로 안내하는 복수개의 인테이크 런너(intake runner)가 구비되는 인테이크 매니폴드(intake manifold); 및실린더 헤드 커버와 상기 인테이크 매니폴드를 연결하는 PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) 호스;를 포함하되,상기 PCV 호스를 통해서 공급되는 블로우 바이 가스가 상기 서지탱크로 유입되도록, 상기 인테이크 매니폴드에는 상기 PCV 호스와 상기 서지탱크의 체임버를 연결하는 PCV 채널(PCV channel)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 인테이크 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 인테이크 매니폴드의 복수개의 인테이크 런너 중 최외측에 위치하는 인테이크 런너에는 상기 PCV 채널과 연결되는 PCV 니플이 구비되고,상기 PCV 호스는 상기 PCV 니플에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 인테이크 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 PCV 호스와 상기 서지탱크의 체임버를 연결하는 PCV 채널은 상기 인테이크 매니폴드에서 상기 서지탱크의 체임버의 내부로 돌출되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 인테이크 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 블로우 바이 가스가 경사진 방향으로 상기 서지탱크의 체임버로 공급되도록, 상기 PCV 채널은 하방으로 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 인테이크 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 블로우 바이 가스가 통과되는 상기 PCV 호스에 블로우 바이 가스의 결빙을 방지하도록 PCV 호스 외부에 보온용 패드가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 인테이크 시스템.
