Description

各々の円筒部による3つの通路が直線状に整列することによって、上記コレクタの内部空間に連通したコネクタ通路が実質的に1本の連続した通路として形成されている、ことを特徴としている。

Claims (3)
- 順次に溶着された少なくとも第1,第2,第3の3つの部材を有し、第3部材によって気筒列方向に延びたコレクタの壁の一部が構成されているとともに、主に第1部材と第2部材とで、上記コレクタの外周に巻回された複数本のブランチ通路が構成されている合成樹脂製の吸気マニホルドにおいて、
隣接する2本のブランチ通路の間の位置に、互いに重なりあっている第1部材、第2部材、第3部材の各々に、互いに直線状に整列する円筒部がそれぞれ形成されており、これら円筒部は、各々の先端が僅かな間隙を介して互いに対向するようにして直列に連続しており、
これらの円筒部の周囲を囲むように、第1部材と第2部材との間の溶着部および第2部材と第3部材との間の溶着部が設けられており、
各々の円筒部による3つの通路が直線状に整列することによって、上記コレクタの内部空間に連通したコネクタ通路が実質的に1本の連続した通路として形成されている、ことを特徴とする吸気マニホルド。 - 上記円筒部を囲む第1部材と第2部材との間の溶着部の一部は、該円筒部の両側に位置する2本のブランチ通路の側縁に沿ったブランチ通路形成用の溶着部からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸気マニホルド。
- 第1部材の円筒部と第2部材の円筒部との境界位置が、これら円筒部を囲む第1部材と第2部材との間の溶着部に対し、円筒部の軸方向にオフセットしており、
円筒部外周面と溶着部との間には空間が存在する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の吸気マニホルド。
