- 행렬 모양으로 배열되고, 각각이, 자체의 구동전류에 의해 발광 상태가 설정되는 발광소자를 포함하는 복수의 화소,동일 기록 사이클에 있어서 동일 열의 적어도 한 개의 제 1화소에 대해 기록 데이터에 따라 기록을 행하는 기록회로, 및상기 제 1화소로의 기록과 병행하여 상기 제 1화소와 동일 열의 다른 행의 화소에 대하여 프리챠지를 행하는 프리챠지 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각 상기 화소는, 기록 데이터에 따라 대응하는 발광소자를 흐르는 전류량을 결정하는 절연 게이트형 트랜지스터를 포함하고,각 상기 프리챠지 회로는, 일정한 크기의 정전압을 공급하는 정전압원을 구비하며,상기 일정한 크기의 정전압은, 상기 트랜지스터의 소스의 전위를 기준으로 하여 상기 트랜지스터에 공급되는 기록 데이터의 최소 기록전압의 절대치 이상의 전압 레벨이고, 상기 최소 기록전압은, 상기 발광소자를 흐르는 일정한 크기의 전류량의 최소값을 규정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각 상기 화소는, 기록 데이터에 따라 대응하는 발광소자를 흐르는 전류량을 결정하는 절연 게이트형 트랜지스터를 포함하고,각 상기 프리챠지 회로는,상기 트랜지스터에 공급되는 대응하는 발광소자의 구동전류량의 일정한 최소값을 규정하는, 상기 트랜지스터의 소스 전위를 기준으로 하여 상기 트랜지스터에 공급되는 최소값 기록전압의 절대값 이상의 크기의 정전압을 공급하는 정전압원과,상기 일정한 최소값과 실질적으로 같은 크기의 정전류를 공급하는 정전류원을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각 화소 행에 대응하여 배치되고, 각각이 대응하는 행의 화소를 선택하는 신호를 전달하는 복수의 게이트 선과,각각이 소정 수의 게이트 선에 대응하여 배치되는 출력 노드를 갖고, 상기 소정 수의 게이트 선에 동일 파형의 게이트 선 제어신호를 전달하는 게이트 선 구동회로를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,각 화소 열에 있어서는, 상기 소정 수의 2배 수의 데이터 선이 배치되고,동일 열에 있어서 상기 소정 수의 게이트 선에 대응하여 배치되는 화소에 대해서는 프리챠지 및 데이터 기록동작 중 같은 동작이 행해지며,상기 소정 수의 데이터 선의 쌍은 프리챠지에 이용되고, 남은 소정 수의 쌍의 데이터 선이 데이터 기록에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 행렬 모양으로 배열되고, 각각이, 자체의 구동전류에 의해 발광 상태가 설정되는 발광소자를 포함하는 복수의 화소,각 화소 열에 대응하여, 일렬 당 적어도 한 쌍 이상의 비율로 배치되는 복수의 데이터 선,각 화소 열에 대응하여, 일렬 당 적어도 한 쌍의 비율로 배치되고, 각각이, 대응하는 데이터 선에 프리챠지 전압을 공급하는 복수의 프리챠지 회로,각 화소 열에 대응하여, 일렬 당 적어도 하나의 비율로 배치되고, 각각이, 활성화 시, 대응하는 열에 기록 데이터에 따른 크기의 전류를 공급하는 복수의 표시 데이터 기록전류 공급회로 및각 상기 데이터 선에 대응하여 배치되고, 각각이, 활성화 시, 대응하는 데이터 선에 선택 화소의 발광소자의 전류구동을 정지시키는 상태로 설정하는 전위를 전달하는 블랙 데이터 기록회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,각 화소 열에 대응하여 배치되고, 프리챠지 지시 신호에 따라 대응하는 열의 데이터 선에 일정한 크기의 프리챠지 전류를 공급하는 복수의 프리챠지 전류공급회로를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,각 상기 화소는, 대응하는 발광소자를 흐르는 전류량을 기록 데이터에 따라 결정하는 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 블랙 데이터 기록회로는, 상기 트랜지스터를 오프 상태로 설정하는 전위를 대응하는 데이터 선에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,각 상기 화소는, 기록 데이터에 따라 대응하는 발광소자를 흐르는 전류량을 결정하는 절연 게이트형 트랜지스터를 포함하고,각 상기 프리챠지 회로는, 일정한 크기의 정전압을 공급하는 정전압원을 구 비하며,상기 일정한 크기의 정전압은, 상기 트랜지스터의 소스 전위를 기준으로 하여 상기 트랜지스터에 공급되는 기록데이터의 최소 기록전압의 절대값 이상의 전압레벨이고, 상기 최소 기록전압은 상기 발광소자를 흐르는 일정한 크기의 전류량의 최소값을 규정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.

- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 적어도 한 쌍의 데이터 선은, 대응하는 열의 화소의 양측에 분산되어 배치되는 데이터 선을 포함하고, 쌍을 이루는 데이터 선은 교대로 공통되는 기록회로 및 공통되는 프리챠지 회로에 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,각 화소 행에 대응하여 배치되고, 각각이 대응하는 행의 화소를 선택하는 신호를 전달하는 복수의 게이트 선과,각각이 소정 수의 게이트 선에 대응하여 배치되는 출력 노드를 갖고, 상기 소정 수의 게이트 선에 동일 파형의 게이트 선 제어신호를 전달하는 게이트 선 구동회로를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
