Claims (18)
- 경화된 아크릴계 고분자,경화된 아크릴계 고분자 중에 분산되어 있는 파열된 고분자 미소중공구로서, 상기 고분자 미소중공구는 구형의 고분자 쉘 내에 상온에서 기체 상태로 존재하는 가스들이 채워진 것인 파열된 고분자 미소중공구, 및상기 고분자 미소중공구가 경화된 아크릴계 고분자 중에 분산된 상태에서 파열되면서 형성된 중공부를 포함하는 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 미소중공구는 아크릴계 고분자 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1-10 중량부로 포함되어 있는 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 미소중공구는 아크릴계, 염화 비닐리딘계 및 스티렌계 고분자 중에서 선택되는 고분자 쉘 내에 상온에서 기체인 가스가 함유되어 있는 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 미소중공구의 입경이 1~350㎛인 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 미소중공구의 밀도가 0.01~0.5g/cm3인 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 미소중공구의 쉘의 두께가 0.01~1㎛인 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 미소중공구는 입경이 다른 두 종류 이상의 고분자 미소 중공구를 포함하는 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착시트는 열전도성 충전제를 추가로 포함하는 것인 점착시트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열전도성 충전제는 아크릴계 고분자 100 중량부에 대하여 50-200 중량부로 포함되어 있는 것인 점착시트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열전도성 충전제가 산화금속, 수산화금속, 질화금속, 탄화금속, 붕화금속 및 금속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 점착시트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열전도성 충전제는 입경이 1~200㎛인 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착시트는 광개시제, 광가교제, 열개시제, 열가교제, 안료, 산화방지제, 자외선 안정제, 분산제, 소포제, 증점제, 가소제, 점착 부여 수지, 실란 결합제, 광택제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 첨가제를 추가 로 포함하는 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착시트는 50㎛~2mm의 두께를 갖는 것인 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착시트는 이 점착시트에 의하여 적어도 일면이 코팅된 열전도성 박막을 포함하는 것인 점착시트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 열전도성 박막은 두께가 1~1000㎛이고, 알루미늄, 구리, 스테인레스강, 유리 및 열전도성 부직포로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 재료로 이루어진 것인 점착시트.
- a) 아크릴계 고분자 및 고분자 미소중공구를 혼합하여 아크릴계 고분자 중에 고분자 미소중공구를 분산시키는 단계로서, 상기 고분자 미소 중공구는 구형의 고분자 쉘 내에 상온에서 기체 상태로 존재하는 가스들이 채워진 것인 단계,b) 상기 a) 단계에서 얻은 조성물을 기재의 일면 또는 양면 상에 코팅하는 단계;c) 상기 b) 단계에서 얻은 기재 상에 코팅된 조성물을 경화시키는 단계; 및d) 상기 c) 단계에서 얻은 경화된 조성물 내에 분산되어 있는 고분자 미소중공구를 열처리, 가압 및 마이크로웨이브 조사 중 어느 하나 이상의 방법에 의하여 파열시키는 단계를 포함하는 점착시트의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 d)단계는 100~250℃ 온도에서 10초~30분 동안 열처리함으로써 수행하는 것인 점착시트의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 열전도성 박막 또는 이형필름인 것인 점착시트의 제조 방법.
