Claims (7)
- 탄소복합체로 이루어진 분극성전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소복합체가 탄소재료와 페놀수지를 포함하고, 상기 탄소재료로서 단층탄소나노혼이 구형상으로 집합하여 된 단층탄소나노혼집합체를 이용하며, 당해 탄소나노혼집합체와 상기 페놀수지의 사이에 공극이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분극성전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단층탄소나노혼은 단층흑연나노혼인 것을 특징으로 하는 분극성전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단층탄소나노혼집합체는 탄소섬유 또는 탄소나노파이버에 담지(擔持)되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분극성전극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단층탄소나노혼집합체를 구성하는 상기 단층탄소나노혼의 선단을 상기 탄소섬유 또는 상기 탄소나노파이버에 융합시킴으로써, 상기 단층탄소나노혼집합체를 상기 탄소섬유 또는 상기 탄소나노파이버에 담지한 것을 특징으로 하는 분극성전극.
- 단층탄소나노혼이 구형상으로 집합하여 된 단층탄소나노혼집합체를 탄소재료로서 포함한 탄소복합체로 이루어진 분극성전극의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 단층탄소나노혼집합체와 열용융성 경화성 페놀수지의 혼합물을 80~120℃에서 성형하고, 비산화성분위기 중에서 열처리를 행함으로써 상기 탄소복합체를 얻는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분극성전극 제조방법.
- 단층탄소나노혼이 구형상으로 집합하여 된 단층탄소나노혼집합체를 탄소재료로서 포함한 탄소복합체로 이루어진 분극성전극의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 단층탄소나노혼집합체, 열용융성 경화성 페놀수지, 및 열용융성 경화성 페놀수지에 대하여 15~60중량퍼센트의 열불용성페놀수지의 혼합물을 성형하고, 비산화성분위기 중에서 열처리를 행함으로써 상기 탄소복합체를 얻는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분극성전극 제조방법.
- 분극성전극을 구비한 전기이중층콘덴서에 있어서, 단층탄소나노혼이 구형상으로 집합하여 된 단층탄소나노혼집합체를 탄소재료로서 포함하고 동시에 페놀수지를 포함하는 탄소복합체로 이루어진 분극성전극을 구비하고, 상기 탄소나노혼집합체와 상기 페놀수지의 사이에 공극이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기이중층콘덴서.
