Claims (20)
- (a) 두께가 600 Å 이하이며 산소 투과율(OTR)이 0.8 ㎤/㎡·일·atm 이하인 제1 무기층;(b) 두께가 600 Å 이하이며 산소 투과율(OTR)이 0.8 ㎤/㎡·일·atm 이하인 제2 무기층; 및(c) 산소 투과 계수(OPV)가 1.5 ㎤·25 ㎛/㎡·일·atm 이하인 중합체 차단층을 포함하는 다수의 분리된 층을 함유하며, 중합체 차단층(c)는 제1 무기층(a) 및 제2 무기층(b)중 적어도 하나와 접촉하거나 실질적으로 접촉하고, 제1 무기층(a) 및 제2 무기층(b)는 중간 접착층에 의해 서로 분리되어 있고, 제1 무기층(a) 및 제2 무기층(b)는 금속이고, 복합 필름 구조물의 산소 투과율(OTR)은 0.012 ㎤/㎡·일·atm 이하이고, 산소 투과율(OTR) 및 산소 투과 계수(OPV)는 23℃의 온도, 50%의 상대 습도에서 필름의 한쪽에는 760 mmHg(1 기압)의 100% 산소를 사용하고 필름의 다른 한쪽에는 760 mmHg(1 기압)의 100% 질소를 사용하여 ASTM D 3985-81에 따라 측정한 것인 복합 필름 구조물.
