Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合耐高温膜,涉及复合膜技术领域,包括内包装层、隔热层、过渡层、缓冲层和外包装层,隔热层与内包装层和过渡层、缓冲层与过渡层和外包装层均通过胶黏剂相连接,内包装层采用厚度为20‑50μm的流延聚丙烯薄膜,隔热层包括外侧的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层和位于高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层之间的中空玻璃微珠,过渡层采用厚度为5‑20μm的铝箔,缓冲层采用充满氮气的乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物膜袋,外包装层采用厚度为2‑25μm的聚酯薄膜。本发明针对用于食材覆盖或包装保护的复合膜,经合理设计内包装层、隔热层、过渡层、缓冲层和外包装层以及相应层级所使用的材料,包装复合膜具有耐热隔热、挡光、防碰撞和挤压的能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合膜技术领域,特别涉及一种复合耐高温膜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
复合膜使用由多种金属箔或塑料薄膜经胶黏剂连接后使用复合工艺生产而来,相对于单一材料的膜,可以根据使用的不同要求,针对性的选用不同效果的膜,以达到不同的多种设计效果,在薄膜的生产中广泛使用。
在实际使用条件下,针对食材的包装和保护,一般需要复合膜具有耐高温的效果,避免阳光直射造成食材大量吸热而提高变质速度,同时还需要有一定的防碰撞和挤压的能力,为此,我们提出了一种复合耐高温膜的制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种复合耐高温膜的制备工艺,主要目的在于针对用于食材覆盖或包装保护的复合膜,经合理设计内包装层、隔热层、过渡层、缓冲层和外包装层以及相应层级所使用的材料,包装复合膜具有耐热隔热、挡光、防碰撞和挤压的能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种复合耐高温膜的制备工艺,所述复合耐高温膜的制备工艺中的复合耐高温膜包括内包装层包括内包装层、隔热层、过渡层、缓冲层和外包装层,所述隔热层包括外侧的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层和位于高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层之间的中空玻璃微珠,其制备工艺包括以下步骤,
S1:内包装层与隔热层的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层复合,25-30℃的温度下,在内包装层的流延聚丙烯薄膜一侧的外圈以8-9g/㎡的标准均匀涂上胶黏剂,把隔热层的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层通过压合与内包装层的流延聚丙烯薄膜连接,在45-55℃的烘道中烘烤24-26小时;
S2:隔热层的中空玻璃微珠与内包装层和过渡层复合,25-30℃的温度下,在经S1处理后的复合膜的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层201之间的内包装层的流延聚丙烯薄膜上和过渡层的铝箔的一侧面以8-9g/㎡的标准均匀涂上胶黏剂,把微珠均分板插入大量中空玻璃微珠聚合堆中,向上平移取出微珠均分板左右微晃,使中空玻璃微珠202卡在微珠均分板的通孔中形成均布,涂有胶黏剂的内包装层从上向下与微珠均分板上的中空玻璃微珠结合,经10-15分钟初步固化后,下移微珠均分板,使用过渡层的铝箔涂有胶黏剂的一面与中空玻璃微珠的一面接触压合,使过渡层的铝箔与高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层和中空玻璃微珠接触,在45-55℃的烘道中烘烤24-26小时,微珠均分板均匀开设有孔径为6-8μm的通孔,高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层采用厚度为12-14μm的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜,中空玻璃微珠的外径为10-12μm;
S3:复合缓冲层,把经S2处理后的复合膜取出,在过渡层的铝箔一面和外包装层的聚酯薄膜的一侧均以8-9g/㎡的标准均匀涂上胶黏剂,缓冲层的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋放在中间,乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋的边缘与胶黏剂接触,过渡层的铝箔和外包装层的聚酯薄膜在外沿相接触压合,在45-55℃的烘道中烘烤24-26小时,缓冲层采用充满氮气的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋,缓冲层的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋内部的氮气气压值为1.5-2个标准大气压。
优选的,所述内包装层采用厚度为20-50μm的流延聚丙烯薄膜。
基于上述技术特征,流延聚丙烯薄膜具有生产速度快,产量高,薄膜透明性、光泽性、厚度均匀性良好的特点,并且具有蒸煮级的耐高温的食品级薄膜。
优选的,所述高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层采用厚度为12-14μm的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜,所述中空玻璃微珠的外径为10-12μm。
基于上述技术特征,中空玻璃微珠通过特性达到一定的隔热效果,位于四周的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层通过与隔热层和过渡层的粘合能够保护位于中间的中空玻璃微珠。
优选的,所述微珠均分板均匀开设有孔径为6-8μm的通孔。
基于上述技术特征,通过使用微珠均分板可以把中空玻璃微珠均匀的分布在微珠均分板上,并通过微珠均分板上的通孔进行限位后与内包装层和过渡层相接。
优选的,所述过渡层采用厚度为5-20μm的铝箔。
基于上述技术特征,铝箔用于挡光,防止光线直射,增加机械强度的作用。
优选的,所述缓冲层的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋内部的氮气气压值为1.5-2个标准大气压。
基于上述技术特征,充满氮气的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋形成的缓冲层,在受到外界挤压碰撞时,可以达到一定的缓冲保护作用的同时,达到一定的隔热作用。
优选的,所述外包装层采用厚度为2-25μm的聚脂薄膜。
基于上述技术特征,聚脂薄膜由于机械性能优良,刚性、硬度及韧性高,耐穿刺,耐摩擦,耐高温和低温,耐化学药品性、耐油性和气密性的特点,适合用于复合膜的外层。
优选的,所述胶黏剂采用同时适用塑/塑和铝/塑的浓度为0-45%的耐高温聚氨酯胶黏剂,且胶黏剂的涂抹重量为8-9g/㎡。
基于上述技术特征,耐高温聚氨酯胶黏剂的胶黏剂具有在120-125℃保持稳定性的作用,从而保证粘合功能的不失效。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过合理设计内包装层、隔热层、过渡层、缓冲层和外包装层,外包装层使用聚酯薄膜,具有机械性能优良,刚性、硬度及韧性高,耐穿刺,耐摩擦,耐高温和低温,耐化学药品性、耐油性和气密性的特点,可以直接与外界接触;缓冲层的充满氮气的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋可以在受到碰撞和挤压时,通过大于外界正常气压的内压,达到一定的缓冲保护作用,并且还具有一定的隔热作用;过渡层的铝箔可以进行挡光,防止外界光线穿过复合膜直射内部的物体,适用于需要避光的物体,并且还具有增加机械强度的作用;隔热层通过均匀密布的中空玻璃微珠起到隔热的效果,并且外侧的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层使中空玻璃微珠位于过渡层和内包装层之间,与外界隔离,保护中空玻璃微珠;内包装层的流延聚丙烯薄膜具有蒸煮级的耐热性能,可以100-120℃的较高温度下正常使用,从而使复合膜适用于食材的覆盖或包装保护。

S2:隔热层2的中空玻璃微珠202与内包装层1和过渡层3复合,25-30℃的温度下,在经S1处理后的复合膜的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层201之间的内包装层1的流延聚丙烯薄膜上和过渡层3的铝箔的一侧面以8-9g/㎡的标准均匀涂上胶黏剂,把微珠均分板6插入大量中空玻璃微珠202聚合堆中,向上平移取出微珠均分板6左右微晃,使中空玻璃微珠202卡在微珠均分板6的通孔中形成均布,涂有胶黏剂的内包装层1从上向下与微珠均分板6上的中空玻璃微珠202结合,经10-15分钟初步固化后,下移微珠均分板6,使用过渡层3的铝箔涂有胶黏剂的一面与中空玻璃微珠202的一面接触压合,使过渡层3的铝箔与高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层201和中空玻璃微珠202接触,在45-55℃的烘道中烘烤24-26小时,微珠均分板6均匀开设有孔径为6-8μm的通孔,高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层201采用厚度为12-14μm的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜,中空玻璃微珠202的外径为10-12μm;
S3:复合缓冲层4,把经S2处理后的复合膜取出,在过渡层3的铝箔一面和外包装层5的聚酯薄膜的一侧均以8-9g/㎡的标准均匀涂上胶黏剂,缓冲层4的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋放在中间,乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋的边缘与胶黏剂接触,过渡层3的铝箔和外包装层5的聚酯薄膜在外沿相接触压合,在45-55℃的烘道中烘烤24-26小时,缓冲层4采用充满氮气的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋,缓冲层4的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋内部的氮气气压值为1.5-2个标准大气压。
其中,内包装层1采用厚度为20-50μm的流延聚丙烯薄膜,流延聚丙烯薄膜具有生产速度快,产量高,薄膜透明性、光泽性、厚度均匀性良好的特点,并且具有蒸煮级的耐高温的食品级薄膜。
过渡层3采用厚度为5-20μm的铝箔,铝箔用于挡光,防止光线直射,增加机械强度的作用。
缓冲层4采用充满氮气的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋,且乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋内部的氮气气压值为1.5-2个标准大气压,充满氮气的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋形成的缓冲层4,在受到外界挤压碰撞时,可以达到一定的缓冲保护作用的同时,达到一定的隔热作用。
外包装层6采用厚度为2-25μm的聚脂薄膜,聚脂薄膜由于机械性能优良,刚性、硬度及韧性高,耐穿刺,耐摩擦,耐高温和低温,耐化学药品性、耐油性和气密性的特点,适合用于复合膜的外层。
胶黏剂采用同时适用塑/塑和铝/塑的浓度为0-45%的耐高温聚氨酯胶黏剂,且胶黏剂的涂抹重量为8-9g/㎡,耐高温聚氨酯胶黏剂的胶黏剂具有在120-125℃保持稳定性的作用,从而保证粘合功能的不失效。
本发明所制成的复合膜,最外层的外包装层5由于使用聚酯薄膜,具有机械性能优良,刚性、硬度及韧性高,耐穿刺,耐摩擦,耐高温和低温,耐化学药品性、耐油性和气密性的特点,可以直接与外界接触;缓冲层4的充满氮气的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋可以在受到碰撞和挤压时,通过大于外界正常气压的内压,达到一定的缓冲保护作用,并且还具有一定的隔热作用;过渡层3的铝箔可以进行挡光,防止外界光线穿过复合膜直射内部的物体,适用于需要避光的物体,并且还具有增加机械强度的作用;隔热层2通过均匀密布的中空玻璃微珠202起到隔热的效果,并且外侧的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层201使中空玻璃微珠202位于过渡层3和内包装层1之间,与外界隔离,其中在排布中空玻璃微珠202时,使用微珠均分板6使中空玻璃微珠202均匀分布,如图2所示,在微珠均分板6上均布中空玻璃微珠202,使涂有胶黏剂的连接层向下移动与中空玻璃微珠202的顶部接触,10-15分钟初步固化后向上移动;内包装层1的流延聚丙烯薄膜具有蒸煮级的耐热性能,可以100-120℃的较高温度下正常使用。

Claims (5)
1.一种复合耐高温膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述复合耐高温膜的制备工艺中的复合耐高温膜包括内包装层(1)、隔热层(2)、过渡层(3)、缓冲层(4)和外包装层(5),所述隔热层(2)包括外侧的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层(201)和位于高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层(201)之间的中空玻璃微珠(202),其制备工艺包括以下步骤,
S1:内包装层(1)与隔热层(2)的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层(201)复合,25-30℃的温度下,在内包装层(1)的流延聚丙烯薄膜一侧的外圈以8-9g/㎡的标准均匀涂上胶黏剂,把隔热层(2)的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层(201)通过压合与内包装层(1)的流延聚丙烯薄膜连接,在45-55℃的烘道中烘烤24-26小时;
S2:隔热层(2)的中空玻璃微珠(202)与内包装层(1)和过渡层(3)复合,25-30℃的温度下,在经S1处理后的复合膜的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层(201)之间的内包装层(1)的流延聚丙烯薄膜上和过渡层(3)的铝箔的一侧面以8-9g/㎡的标准均匀涂上胶黏剂,把微珠均分板(6)插入大量中空玻璃微珠(202)聚合堆中,向上平移取出微珠均分板(6)左右微晃,使中空玻璃微珠(202)卡在微珠均分板(6)的通孔中形成均布,涂有胶黏剂的内包装层(1)从上向下与微珠均分板(6)上的中空玻璃微珠(202)结合,经10-15分钟初步固化后,下移微珠均分板(6),使用过渡层(3)的铝箔涂有胶黏剂的一面与中空玻璃微珠(202)的一面接触压合,使过渡层(3)的铝箔与高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层(201)和中空玻璃微珠(202)接触,在45-55℃的烘道中烘烤24-26小时,微珠均分板(6)均匀开设有孔径为6-8μm的通孔,高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层(201)采用厚度为12-14μm的高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜,中空玻璃微珠(202)的外径为10-12μm;
S3:复合缓冲层(4),把经S2处理后的复合膜取出,在过渡层(3)的铝箔一面和外包装层(5)的聚酯薄膜的一侧均以8-9g/㎡的标准均匀涂上胶黏剂,缓冲层(4)的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋放在中间,乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋的边缘与胶黏剂接触,过渡层(3)的铝箔和外包装层(5)的聚酯薄膜在外沿相接触压合,在45-55℃的烘道中烘烤24-26小时,缓冲层(4)采用充满氮气的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋,缓冲层(4)的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物膜袋内部的氮气气压值为1.5-2个标准大气压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合耐高温膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述内包装层(1)采用厚度为20-50μm的流延聚丙烯薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合耐高温膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述过渡层(3)采用厚度为5-20μm的铝箔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合耐高温膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述外包装层(5)采用厚度为2-25μm的聚脂薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合耐高温膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂采用同时适用塑/塑和铝/塑的浓度为0-45%的耐高温聚氨酯胶黏剂,且胶黏剂的涂抹重量为8-9g/㎡。
