Claims (24)
- ZrO2, ZrO2HfO2, SiO2ㆍZrO2 또는 SiO2ㆍZrO2HfO2로 이루어지는 담체 상의 니켈을 포함하는 촉매로서, 상기 촉매는 모노모드 니켈 결정 크기 분포를 갖는 니켈 결정, (촉매의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여) 25 질량% ∼ 60 질량%의 니켈 함량, (촉매의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여) 20 질량% ∼ 75 질량%의 ZrO2의 함량 및 65% 이상의 환원도를 함유하면서 안정화되어 있는 것인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니켈 결정 크기 분포의 최대치는 25∼90Å인 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 물질 ZrO2, ZrO2HfO2, SiO2·ZrO2, SiO2· ZrO2HfO2 또는 이들 물질의 2개 이상의 혼합물을 함유하거나 또는 이들로 구성되는 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, SiO2 함량은 (촉매의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여) 40 질량% 이하인 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, HfO2 함량은 (촉매의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여) 7.5 질량% 이하인 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매는 분말 형태로 존재하는 것인 촉매.
- 지르코늄 함유 담체 상의 니켈을 포함하는 니켈 함유 담지형 촉매로서, 모노모드 니켈 결정 크기 분포를 갖는 니켈 결정, (촉매의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여) 25 질량% ∼ 60 질량%의 니켈 함량, (촉매의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여) 20 질량% ∼ 75 질량%의 ZrO2의 함량 및 65% 이상의 환원도를 함유하면서 안정화되어 있는 것인 촉매의 제조 방법으로서,상기 방법은 최종 pH 8∼9가 될 때까지 염기성 용액으로 Ni2+ 및 Zr4+ 함유 용액을 침전시켜 침전 생성물을 얻는 단계, 상기 침전 생성물을 300∼650℃의 온도에서 하소시키는 단계, 하소 처리된 생성물을 250∼550℃의 온도에서 수소로 환원시키는 단계 및 상기 환원된 생성물을 안정화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 침전 생성물은 하소 단계 이후 및 환원 단계 이전에 불활성화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 염기성 용액은 NaOH, NaHCO3, Na2CO3 또는 이들 물질 중 2개 이상의 혼합물의 용액인 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, Ni2+ 및 Zr4+ 함유 용액은 NO3 -(질산염) 또는 Hf4 +를 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, Ni2+ 및 Zr4+ 함유 용액은 SiO2를 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 침전 단계는 65∼95℃의 온도에서 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 침전 생성물은 침전 단계 이후 여과하고, 세정한 후, 비환원 대기 하에 건조시켜 전구체 촉매를 얻는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 전구체 촉매의 제조에서 니켈히드록시질산염 [Ni3(OH)4(NO3)2]의 상 또는 니켈히드록시질산염 [Ni3(OH)4(NO3)2] 함유 상 또는 세피오라이트형 구조 [Ni4Zr6O15(OH)2](여기서, OH- 이온은 탄산 이온에 의해 부분적으로 치환될 수 있음)을 생성시키는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 전구체 촉매는 하소 단계 이전 성형하여 정제, 압출물, 쿠션형 물품 또는 구를 얻는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 전구체 촉매는 하소 단계 이후 성형하여 정제, 압출물, 쿠션형 물품 또는 구를 얻는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 환원중 가스 부하율은 500 내지 3000 v/v h인 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 촉매는 O2-N2-CO2 혼합물을 사용하여 안정화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 안정화 단계는 80℃ 이하의 온도에서 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매는 입자의 크기 1 ㎛ ∼ 100 ㎛를 갖는 분말인 것인 촉매.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, Ni2+ 및 Zr4+ 함유 용액은 NO3 -(질산염) 및 Hf4 +를 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 침전 생성물은 침전 단계 이후 여과하고, 세정한 후, 비환원 대기 하에 110-150℃에서 건조시켜 전구체 촉매를 얻는 것인 방법. 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 전구체 촉매의 제조에서 니켈히드록시질산염 [Ni3(OH)4(NO3)2], 니켈히드록시탄산염 [Ni2(OH)2CO34H2O] 및 니켈히드록시규산염 [Ni3Si2O3(OH)4]의 혼합물, 또는 니켈히드록시질산염 [Ni3(OH)4(NO3)2]과 격자 확장(lattice widenings)을 지닌 니켈히드록시드 [Ni(OH)2]의 혼합물을 생성시키는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 촉매는 산소 함량이 0.1∼1 부피%이고 CO2 함량이 0.6 부피%인 O2-N2-CO2 혼합물을 사용하여 안정화시키는 것인 방법.
