Claims (13)
- 디페닐메탄디아민 및 폴리페닐렌폴리메틸렌폴리아민을 포함하는 상응하는 혼합물을 하나 이상의 불활성 유기 용매의 존재 하에서 포스겐과 2단계 반응시킴으로써(이 때, 포스겐화의 두번째 단계의 체류 시간 장치에서 포스겐 대 염화수소의 질량비가 액체상에서 10∼30 : 1인 동시에 기체상에서 1∼10 : 1임), 염소화 부산물 함량 및 요오드 색지수가 감소된, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리페닐렌폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스겐화의 첫번째 단계에서 사용된 장치가 80 ∼ 120 ℃의 혼합물 출구 온도를 갖는 정적 혼합기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스겐화의 두번째 단계에서 사용된 장치가 10개 미만의 이론판을 갖는 컬럼인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼이 역류 방향으로 조작되는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼이 밸브단 컬럼인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼이 포종단 컬럼인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼이 비교적 높은 액체 위어(weir)를 갖는 증류 단을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정적 혼합기로의 스트림 중에서 불활성 용매 중의 폴리페닐렌폴리메틸렌폴리아민(PMDA) 농도가 44 질량% 이하인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 포스겐화의 첫번째 단계로부터의 혼합물이 컬럼에 들어가는 온도가 80 ∼ 120 ℃인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼의 하부에서의 온도가 80 ∼ 120 ℃인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼의 상부에서의 압력이 1.0 ∼ 4.7 atm(게이지 압력)인 방법.
