Claims (8)
- 정전압 발생 수단과,상기 정전압 발생 수단에 연결된 n채널 MOS 제1 트랜지스터를 포함하는 부하 수단으로서, 상기 n채널 MOS 제1 트랜지스터는 드레인과 게이트 및 소스를 구비하되, 드레인과 게이트 모두는 상기 정전압 발생 수단에 접속되는 것인 부하 수단과,상기 부하 수단의 n채널 MOS 제1 트랜지스터에 연결된 n채널 MOS 제2 트랜지스터를 포함하는 검출 수단으로서, 상기 n채널 MOS 제2 트랜지스터는 상기 n채널 MOS 제1 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속된 드레인과 검출되는 소정의 전압이 인가되는 소스를 구비하는 것인 검출 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 검출 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단은 상기 소정의 전압과 기준 전압과의 관계에 기초하여 전압 검출 신호를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 검출 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기준 전압은 상기 n채널 MOS 제2 트랜지스터의 임계치 전압인을 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 검출 회로.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단으로부터 출력된 전압 검출 신호의 레벨을 변환하는 변환 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 검출 회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 변환 수단은 레벨 변환부와 이 레벨 변환부에 흐르는 전류를 조정하는 전류 조정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 검출 회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전류 조정부는 제3 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 검출 회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 정전압 발생 수단은 상기 제3 트랜지스터와 극성이 동일한 제4 트랜지스터를 구비한 전압 보정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 검출 회로.
