Description
Claims (6)
- 복수의 화소부를 구비하고, 각 화소부는, 애노드층과 캐소드층의 사이에 발광층을 구비하는 전기 발광 소자(Electro Luminescenct Element)를 포함하는 발광부와, 상기 전기 발광 소자를 구동하는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하는 회로부를 구비한 전기 발광 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 캐소드층을 상기 발광부 상에 배치하고, 상기 캐소드층과 동일한 층으로 형성되며, 또한 상기 캐소드층으로부터 전기적으로 절연되고, 상기 캐소드층 이외의 배선에 이용되는 배선층을 상기 회로부 상에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배선층을 상기 구동 트랜지스터가 아닌 트랜지스터의 전원 배선으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배선층을 방전용 트랜지스터의 전원 배선으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배선층을 리셋용 트랜지스터의 전원 배선으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발광 표시 장치.
- 복수의 화소부와, 상기 복수의 화소부를 구동하는 주변 구동 회로를 구비하며, 각 화소부는, 애노드층과 캐소드층과의 사이에 발광층을 구비한 전기 발광 소자를 포함하는 발광부와, 상기 전기 발광 소자를 구동하는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하는 회로부를 구비한 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 캐소드층과 동일한 층으로 형성되고, 또한 상기 캐소드층으로부터 전기적으로 절연되며, 상기 주변 구동 회로부의 배선에 이용되며, 상기 주변 구동 회로부의 회로와 중첩하고 있는 배선층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 배선층을 상기 주변 구동 회로부의 전원 배선층 또는 신호 배선층으로 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
