Claims (9)
- 그 끝들 사이에 소정의 축방향 간격을 두고서 동축으로 배치된 구동축과 종동축을 연결하되, 상기 구동축의 끝에 고정되게 장착되고서 종동축으로 향한 표면에 동일한 각도로 간격을 두고 배치된 다수의 구동돌출부를 구비한 구동플랜지와; 상기 종동축의 끝에 고정되게 장착되고서 구동축으로 향한 표면에 동일한 각도로 간격을 두고 배치된 다수의 종동돌출부를 구비하여 이 종동돌출부가 상기 구동플랜지의 인접한 구동돌출부들 사이에 끼워넣어지도록 된 종동플랜지 및; 상기 구동플랜지와 종동플랜지의 외주쪽에서 구동축과 종동축의 중심축쪽으로 인접한 구동돌출부와 종동돌출부 사이에 형성된 각 공간에 방사상으로 삽입된 동력전달용 탄성부재들;을 구비하는 압축형 탄성커플링장치에 있어서,상기 각각의 탄성부재는 탄성본체와, 이 탄성본체의 측면에 부착된 한쌍의 판형상인 보유지지용 패드를 갖추되, 상기 탄성본체의 측면들은 구동돌출부와 종동돌출부를 향하고 있으며, 쌍으로 된 상기 보유지지용 패드 중 하나는 방사상으로 뻗어 있는 볼트에 의해 보유지지용 패드의 외주에 있는 결합부와, 원주방향으로 뻗어 있는 고정나사에 의해 보유지지용 패드의 방사상 중간부에서 구동돌출부에 고정되고, 쌍으로 된 상기 보유지지용 패드 중 다른 하나는 방사상으로 뻗어 있는 볼트에 의해 보유지지용 패드의 외주에 있는 결합부와, 원주방향으로 뻗어 있는 고정나사에 의해 보유지지용 패드의 방사상 중간부에서 종동돌출부에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축형 탄성커플링장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보유지지용 패드는 그 방사상 중간부에 탄성본체쪽으로 돌출한 돌출부를 갖추는 압축형 탄성커플링장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 원통형 커버가 구동플랜지나 구동돌출부 또는 구동플랜지와 구동돌출부 모두에 고정되거나, 종동플랜지나 종동돌출부 또는 종동플랜지와 종동돌출부 모두에 고정되는 압축형 탄성커플링장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 구동플랜지 또는 종동플랜지는 탄성부재 근처의 위치에 냉각공기용 입구를 구비하고, 상기 탄성부재와 원통형 커버는 각각 다수의 냉각공기용 구멍과 냉각공기용 출구를 구비하여 냉각공기용 통로를 형성하는 압축형 탄성커플링장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재의 탄성본체는 천연고무나 합성고무 또는 연질수지로 형성되는 압축형 탄성커플링장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 탄성부재는 각 구동돌출부의 양쪽에 있는 한쌍의 공간부 중 하나에 위치되고, 스프링이 다른쪽 공간부에 위치되는 압축형 탄성커플링장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 일부 탄성부재는 감쇠기능을 갖는 감쇠장치인 압축형 탄성커플링장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 구동돌출부의 한쪽에 있는 공간부에 위치되는 한편,상기 구동돌출부의 다른쪽 공간부로 향한 구동돌출부의 표면과 상기 구동돌출부의 다른쪽 공간부로 향하고 있는 인접한 다른 종동돌출부의 표면 사이의 틈새를 측정하여 상기 탄성부재의 탄성본체의 영구변형량을 측정하는 틈새측정장치를 추가로 구비하는 압축형 탄성커플링장치.
