Claims (5)
- 열가소성 수지 재료 등의 열용융성 재료를 포함하는 접합 부재를 압접시키고, 초음파 진동을 부여하여 용착 처리하는 초음파 진동 용착 장치에 장착되는 초음파 진동 호른으로서, 그 길이 방향을 따른 중심 축선에 관해서 대칭형 단면 형상을 나타낸 접합 동작부에는 테이퍼 형상으로 경사지는 작업면과 대향면을 대칭형으로 배치하고, 상기 작업면과 대향면에 계속되는 오목부를 대칭형으로 형성하여 접합 작업면에 평행한 초음파 진동만을 상기 작업면에 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동 호른.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 초음파 진동이 발생되었을 때에, 진동이 유기되지 않는 노달 포인트를 상기 용착 처리의 작업면의 바로 위쪽에 위치시켜, 상기 노달 포인트 근방에 있어서 상기 호른을 지지할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동 호른.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 호른의 중심 축선을 작업면에 대하여 20 내지 50도 정도 경사형이 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동 호른.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부의 끼인각을 둔각형으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동 호른.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 끼인각을 90 내지 180도로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동 호른.
