Claims (10)
- 자동차용 다중 풀리 보조기계 구동장치시스템은차량엔진에 의해 구동되는 구동 풀리(12),보조기계 구동축에 작동가능하게 연결되는 하나 이상의 보조기계풀리(14) 및 구동풀리(14)와 보조기계풀리(12) 사이에 연결되는 무한 구동벨트(16)를 포함하고,구동풀리와 보조기계풀리는 그 사이에 공칭 구동길이를 가지며, 구동벨트(16)는 내부에 원주방향으로 확장하면서 축방향으로 배치된 다수의 코드(23)를 구비하는 고무 복합재 무한밴드를 포함하며, 상기 무한구동벨트(16)는 7,000N/mm/mm(1575lbf/in/in) 내지 10,000N/mm/mm(2250 lbf/in/in)의 인장률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 풀리 보조기계 구동시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 풀리(12,14)에 설치하기 전의 무한구동벨트(16)의 원주 길이는 보조기계 구동시스템의 공칭 구동길이보다 2% 내지 3% 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 풀리 보조기계 구동시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 꼬인 코드(23) 사이의 이격 거리는 0.3mm(0.12in) 내지 0.4mm(0.016in)이고, 약 0.58mm(0.023in)의 직경을 갖는 상기 꼬인 코드(23)는 센티미터당 10 내지 12 개가 축방향으로 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 풀리 보조기계 구동시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무한구동벨트(16)는 7,000N/mm/mm(1575lbf/in/in) 내지 8,500N/mm/mm(1910lbf/in/in)의 인장률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 풀리 보조기계 구동시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,보조기계 구동시스템(10)의 운전 토크를 2.7N-m(2ft-lb) 이하로 하며, 보조기계 풀리(14)는 보조기계인 자동차 물 펌프의 구동축에 연결되며, 보조기계 구동시스템(10)은 이중 풀리 보조기계 구동시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 풀리 보조기계 구동시스템.
- 드럼의 외주 표면에 커버 재료층(18)을 적용하는 단계;드럼의 커버층(18)에 쿠션 스톡 고무재료의 제 1층(20)을 적용하는 단계;드럼의 쿠션 스톡의 제 1층(20)에 꼬인 폴리 아미드 6.6 코드를 감는 단계;드럼의 꼬인 폴리아미드6.6 코드(23)에 상대적으로 강하고 섬유가 포함되어 있는 고무재 층(22)을 적용하는 단계;벨트 복합재료의 경화된 슬리브와 함께 다중 층을 경화하는 단계;경화된 슬리브를 다수의 무한 벨트(16)로 절단하는 단계;보조기계 구동벨트로 사용하기 위해 무한벨트의 겉과 속을 뒤집는 단계를 포함하고,꼬인 폴리아미드6.6 코드(22)는 13N(3lbf) 내지 15.5N(3.5lbf)으로 감는 단계에서 감기는 겻을 특징으로 하는 보조기계 구동벨트 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 감는 단계에서 꼬인 폴리아미드 코드(23)를 0.40mm(0.016in) 내지 0.30mm(0.012in) 이격시켜 감고, 무한벨트를 뒤집는 단계 전에 다수의 원주방향 홈(24)을 무한벨트의 경화된 슬리브의 외주 표면상에 형성하며, 상기 무한벨트의 경화된 슬리브의 외주 표면 상에 다수의 원주방향 홈을 형성하는 단계는 무한벨트의 경화된 슬리브의 외주 표면 상에서 홈을 플라이 컷팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조기계 구동벨트 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,드럼의 쿠션 스톡의 제 1층(20)에 꼬인 폴리아미드6.6 코드(23)를 감는 단계 이후, 그리고 드럼의 꼬인 폴리아미드6.6 코드(23)에 상대적으로 강하고 내마모성을 가지며 섬유를 포함하는 고무재료 층을 적용하는 단계 이전에 꼬인 폴리아미드6.6 코드(23)에 제 2의 쿠션 스톡 층을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조기계 구동벨트 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,커버 재료 층(18)은 직물재료의 층이거나 또는 고무재료의 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조기계 구동벨트 제조방법.
- 다수의 풀리(12,14)를 구비하고 복합 고무 및 강화섬유 코드인 꼬인 폴리아미드6.6 코드 복합재료를 포함하며, 무한구동벨트(16)는 설치시의 인장력으로 수동으로 신장되어 다수의 풀리(12,14)에 적용되고, 사용가능한 수명동안 설치시의 인장력의 40% 내지 60%에 견디는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 보조기계 구동시스템(10)용 보조기계 구동벨트.
