Claims (9)
- A) 폴리옥시메틸렌 단독- 또는 공중합체 10 내지 99.98 중량%,B) 입체 장애 페놀 0.005 내지 2 중량%,C) 폴리아미드 0.001 내지 2 중량%,D) 알칼리 토금속 실리케이트 또는 알칼리 토금속 글리세로포스페이트 0.002 내지 2 중량%,E) 탄소수 10 내지 40의 포화 또는 불포화 지방족 카르복실산과, 탄소수 2 내지 40의 폴리올 또는 지방족 포화 알콜 또는 아민, 또는 알콜 및 에틸렌 옥사이드로부터 유도된 에테르와의 1종 이상의 에스테르 또는 아미드 0.01 내지 5 중량%,F) 멜라민/포름알데히드 축합물 0 내지 5 중량%, 및G) 추가의 첨가제 0 내지 74 중량% (각 경우, 성분 A) 내지 G)의 중량%의 합은 100 %임)를 주성분으로 포함하는 열가소성 폴리옥시메틸렌 성형 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페놀계 히드록실기에 대한 오르토 위치에 하나 이하의 입체장애기를 갖는 입체 장애 페놀이 사용된 열가소성 성형 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 F)가 몰비 1.2:1 내지 10:1의 포름알데히드 및 멜라민의 미분되고 가교결합된 수불용성 침전 중축합물로 이루어진 것인 열가소성 성형 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 E)가 에틸렌디아민 디스테아레이트, 글리세릴 디스테아레이트, 폴리에테르폴리올 지방족 에스테르, 폴리에스테르폴리올 지방족 에스테르 또는 하기 화학식의 에테르인 것인 열가소성 성형 재료.RO (CH2CH2O)n H식 중, R은 탄소수 6 내지 40의 알킬이고, n은 1 이상이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하기 화학식의 알칼리 토금속 실리케이트가 성분 D)로서 사용된 열가소성 성형 재료.Me·x SiO2·nH2O식 중, Me는 알칼리 토금속이고, x는 1.4 내지 10이고, n은 0 이상이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 F) 0.001 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 열가소성 성형 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 열가소성 성형 재로로부터 제조된 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 열가소성 성형 재료로부터 제조된 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 열가소성 성형 재로로부터 제조된 필름.
