Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 복수의 표시 화소로 이루어지는 표시 영역과, 상기 표시 영역의 주변에 배치되어 상기 각 표시 화소에 구동 신호를 공급하는 주변 구동 회로를 갖고, 또한 상기 각 표시 화소마다, 박막 트랜지스터와, 이 박막 트랜지스터를 통하여 화소 전압이 인가되는 화소 전극과, 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 하층에 절연층을 개재하여 형성된 차광층을 갖는 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 주변 구동 회로를 상기 차광층과 동일한 층을 포함하는 다층 구조로 형성하고,상기 박막 트랜지스터의 소스층의 상층에 절연층을 개재하여 대향 배치된 보조 용량용의 제1 전극과, 상기 소스층의 하층에 절연층을 개재하여 대향 배치된 상기 차광층과 동일한 층으로 이루어지는 보조 용량용의 제2 전극을 각 표시 화소마다 형성함과 함께, 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극은 대향하고, 상기 주변 구동 회로를 상기 보조 용량용의 제1 전극 및 제2 전극과 동일한 층을 포함하는 다층 구조로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 복수의 표시 화소로 이루어지는 표시 영역과, 상기 표시 영역의 주변에 배치되어 상기 각 표시 화소에 구동 신호를 공급하는 주변 구동 회로를 갖고, 또한 상기 각 표시 화소마다, 박막 트랜지스터와, 이 박막 트랜지스터를 통하여 화소 전압이 인가되는 화소 전극을 갖는 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 박막 트랜지스터의 소스층의 상층에 절연층을 개재하여 대향 배치된 보조 용량용의 제1 전극과, 상기 소스층의 하층에 절연층을 개재하여 대향 배치된 보조 용량용의 제2 전극을 각 표시 화소마다 형성함과 함께, 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극은 대향하고, 상기 주변 구동 회로를 상기 보조 용량용의 제1 전극 및 제2 전극과 동일한 층을 포함하는 다층 구조로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 주변 구동 회로에서 이용되는 용량을, 상기 보조 용량용의 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
