Claims (6)
- 2차 승온시켰을 때의 결정화 융해열량 △Hm2이 3J/g 이하인 폴리락트산계(polylactic acid-family) 중합체와 다른 지방족 폴리에스테르를 80:20∼20:80의 중량비로 함유하여 만들어지는 필름으로서,이 필름을 승온(昇溫)시켰을 때의 폴리락트산계 중합체 환산 융해열 △Hm1이 35J/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성(生分解性) 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지방족 폴리에스테르가 2만∼30만의 중량 평균 분자량을 가지며, 하기 일반식 (1)의 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 필름:(상기 식에서, R1 및 R2는 탄소수 2∼10의 알킬렌기 또는 사이클로알킬렌기이다. n은 중량 평균 분자량이 2만∼30만으로 되는 데 필요한 중합도이다. n개의 R1 또는 R2는 각각 동일할 수도 있고 다를 수도 있다. 또한, 상기 식에서 에스테르결합 잔기(殘基) 대신에 우레탄결합 잔기 및/또는 카보네이트결합 잔기를 중량 평균 분자량의 5%까지 함유할 수 있다).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 지방족 폴리에스테르의 유리 전이점이 0℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 지방족 폴리에스테르의 중량 평균 분자량이 15만∼25만인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 폴리락트산계 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 10만∼30만인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 필름.
