Claims (6)
- 필수 합금 성분으로서 Fe, Cu 및 M을 포함하고, 상기 M은 Nb, W, Ta, Zr, Hf, Ti 및 Mo로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소이며, 100nm 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 미세 결정 입자인 면적비에서 적어도 50%의 합금 구조를 가지는 Fe계 연자성 합금으로 제조된, 가포화 리액터에서 사용하기 위한 자기코어로서, 상기 자기코어는, 0.5의 듀티비로 50KHz의 단극 구형전압을 사용하여 25℃의 코어 온도에서 측정된 경우에:0.12 T 이하의 잔류 동작 자속밀도 △Bb;2.0 T 이상의 전체 제어 동작 자속밀도 △Br; 및방정식 Gr=0.8x(△Br-△Bb)/Hr에 의해 계산된 0.10-0.20 T/(A/m)의 전체 제어 이득 Gr의 제어 자기 특성을 가지며,상기 Hr은 0.8x(△Br-△Bb)+△Bb에 해당하는 제어 자력으로서 정의된 전체 제어 자력인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기코어.
- 가포화 리액터를 포함하는 자기 증폭기를 구비한 다출력 스위칭 레귤레이터로서, 상기 가포화 리액터는 제 1항에 기술된 자기코어를 구비한 다출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 다출력 스위칭 레귤레이터는:입력 전원, 스위칭 소자 및 메인 트랜스포머의 일차 권선을 포함하는 일차 회로; 및상기 스위칭 소자의 펄스-폭 제어 동작에 의한 메인출력을 제어하는 메인 출력 회로와, 2차 출력을 제어하는 상기 자기 증폭기를 포함하는 이차 출력 회로를 포함하는 이차 회로를 포함하고,상기 메인 출력회로와 상기 이차 출력회로가 상기 메인 트랜스포머의 같은 이차 권선에 각각 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 메인 출력의 출력전압은 +5V 이고 상기 이차 출력의 출력전압은 +3.3V 인 것을 특징으로 하는 다출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제 2항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 주파수는 30-150 KHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 다출력 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제 2항에 따른 다출력 스위칭 레귤레이터를 구비한 컴퓨터.
