Claims (1)

  1. 함금의 조성을 Co67Fe6-xNixM2Si12B13(M=Nb, Cr, Mo, 1≤X≤2)로 하고 통상의 비정질금속 제조방법인 단롤법으로 급냉시킨 비정질 합금을 원주방향으로 15Oe의 정자장을 가한후 250℃의 Ar 분위기에서 30분 동안 열처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 가포화 리액티용 비정질 자성 재료.
