Claims (1)
- 합금 조성을 Fe78TM2Si5B15-X(TM=Cr, Nb, Mo, 0.5X3)로 하여 일반적인 비정질 금속제조방법은 단롤법으로 급냉시킨 비정질 합금을 380-410℃ 4에서 3시간 30분동안 Ar 분위기에서 소둔시킨후 수냉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 쵸크코아용 비정질 자성재료 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
