- 격막으로 격리된 음극실과 양극실 각각에 0.0001N 내지 0.02N 범위의 농도의 NaOH를 함유하는 수용액을 도입하는 공정,상기 음극실에 음극을 침지하고 상기 양극실에 양극을 침지하여 당해 음극실과 당해 양극실이 밀봉된 상태에서, 당해 음극과 당해 양극 사이에 전기를 통하게 함으로써 상기 NaOH를 함유하는 수용액을 전기분해하는 공정, 및상기 음극실에서 수득된 전해환원수를 취출(取出)하는 공정을 갖춘 전해환원수의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전기분해를 상기 음극실에서 수소 가스를 발생시키지 않도록 선택된 전압, 전류, 시간으로 실시하는 전해환원수의 제조 방법.
- 원수(原水)를 여과하여, 정수(淨水)를 형성하는 여과 수단,상기 여과 수단에 의해 여과된 정수에 NaOH 용액을 첨가하는 NaOH 첨가 수단, 및상기 NaOH 용액이 첨가된 정수를 도입하는, 격막으로 분리된 음극실과 양극실을 갖는 전해조를 구비한 전해환원수의 제조 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 NaOH 첨가 수단과 상기 전해조 사이에 설치되며, 상기 NaOH 용액이 첨가된 상기 정수를 상기 전해조에 도입하는 제1 관로(管路),상기 전해조에 접속되며, 상기 음극실에서 배출되는 음극수를 외부로 취출하는 제2 관로,상기 전해조에 접속되며, 상기 양극실에서 배출되는 양극수를 외부로 취출하는 제3 관로,상기 제1 관로내에 설치되고, 당해 제1 관로의 개폐를 수행하는 제1 밸브,상기 제2 관로내에 설치되고, 당해 제2 관로의 개폐를 수행하는 제2 밸브,상기 제3 관로내에 설치되고, 당해 제3 관로의 개폐를 수행하는 제3 밸브, 및상기 제1 밸브, 제2 밸브 및 제3 밸브의 개폐를 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비한 전해환원수의 제조 장치.
