- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 물질 조성물:화학식 1LnxLn'x'AyTizCe1-x-x'-y-zO2-δ상기 식에서, Ln은 Sm, Gd 및 Y로 구성된 군에서 선택되고, Ln'는 La, Pr, Nd, Pm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu로 구성된 군에서 선택되며, A는 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba으로 구성된 군에서 선택되고, 0.05 ≤x ≤0.25, 0 ≤x' ≤0.25, 0 ≤y ≤0.03, 0.001 ≤z ≤0.03, 0.05 ≤x + x' ≤0.25, 0.001 ≤y + z ≤0.03이며, δ는 물질 조성물을 전하 중성으로 만드는 수이다.

- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되며 밀도가 이론 밀도의 95% 이상인 물질 조성물을 포함하는 고체 전해질의 제조 방법으로서,(a) 물질 조성물 중 금속의 화학양론 계수가 설정되도록 물질 조성물 중 금속에 해당하는 금속 함유 재료를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;(b) 혼합물을 고체 전해질에 대한 소정의 형상으로 성형하는 단계; 및(c) 1600℃ 또는 그 미만의 온도에서 소정 형상을 소결하여 밀도가 이론 밀도의 95% 이상인 고체 전해질을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법.화학식 1LnxLn'x'AyTizCe1-x-x'-y-zO2-δ상기 식에서, Ln은 Sm, Gd, Y 구성된 군에서 선택되고, Ln'는 La, Pr, Nd, Pm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu로 구성된 군에서 선택되며, A는 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba으로 구성된 군에서 선택되고, 0.05 ≤x ≤0.25, 0 ≤x' ≤0.25, 0 ≤y ≤0.03, 0.001 ≤z ≤0.03, 0.05 ≤x + x' ≤0.25, 0.001 ≤y + z ≤0.03이며, δ는 물질 조성물을 전하 중성으로 만드는 수이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 금속 함유 재료가 금속 산화물인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 금속 산화물은 평균 입도가 5 ㎛ 미만인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 혼합 단계가 마찰형 분쇄, 진동형 분쇄, 볼 분쇄 및 고 전단 혼합으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 기법으로 실시되는 것이 특징인 방법.
