Claims (7)
- 일반식으로 표시되는 조성을 지닌 알루미나 수화물 입자에 있어서,x M2O ·y (NH4)2O ·Al2O3 ·z H2 O (1)2 ×10-4 ≤x ≤25 ×10-40.1 ×10-4 ≤y ≤20 ×10-40.6 ≤z ≤2.5M은 알칼리 금속을 표시하며 ; 알칼리 금속이 M2O 형식일 때, x는 Al2O3의 몰당 그의 몰수이며 ; 암모니아가 (NH4)2O 형식일 때, y는 Al2O3의 몰당 그의 몰수이며 ; z는 Al2O3의 몰당 수화 물(H2O)의 몰수이며,상기 알루미나 수화물 입자는0.02 내지 0.2 ㎛의 평균 입자 직경,0.5 내지 1.5 ml/g의 총 구멍 부피, 및0.3 내지 1.0 ml/g의 그 직경이 15 내지 30 nm인 구멍의 부피를 지님을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 수화물 입자
- 산성 화합물에 의해 알칼리 금속 알루미네이트 수용액을 중화시키고, 알칼리 금속 수산화물 및 선택적으로는 암모니아 수용액에 의해 알루미늄 염 수용액을 중화시키고/또는 알칼리의 존재하에서 알루미나 하이드로겔을 형성하기 위해 알루미늄 염 수용액에 의해 알칼리 금속 알루미네이트 수용액을 중화시키는 단계;알칼리 금속의 양이 Al2O3 몰 당 산화물로서 2 ×10-4 내지 20 ×10-4 몰의 범위로 알루미나 수화물 입자 내에 함유되도록 여과에 의해 알루미나 하이드로겔을 분리하고, 분리된 알루미나 하이드로겔을 물 및/또는 암모니아 수용액으로 세척시키는 단계;세척된 알루미나 하이드로겔의 pH 수치가 암모니아 수용액에 의해 9∼12의 범위에 놓이도록 조정하고, 50∼105℃에서 알루미나 하이드로겔을 가열하여 알루미나 하이드로겔의 숙성에 영향을 미치게 하여, 알루미나 하이드로겔의 숙성 동안 또는 그 후에 알루미나 하이드로겔의 이온 전도성을 10∼1000 μS/cm의 범위로 조정시킨 후 암모니아를 제거하는 단계;알루미나 하이드로겔 내에 산을 첨가시켜 알루미나 하이드로겔이 알루미나 하이드로졸로 디플로컬레이트(deflocculate)시키는 단계; 및알루미나 하이드로졸을 150∼400℃에서 건조시키는 단계로 구성된 제 1항의 알루미나 수화물 입자를 제조하는 방법
- 물에서 제 1항의 알루미나 수화물 입자의 분산액을 포함하는 알루미나 수화물 입자 분산 졸
- Al2O3가 20 중량%의 농도를 지닐 때 50 내지 2000 cP의 점도를 나타내는 제 3항의 알루미나 수화물 입자 분산 졸
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, Al2O3가 20 중량%의 농도를 지닐 때 2.0 또는 그 이하의 흡광도(ABS)를 나타내는 알루미나 수화물 입자 분산 졸
- 물 및/또는 유기 용매에 분산된 제 1항의 알루미나 수화물 입자 및 바인더를 포함하는 잉크 수용층을 형성하는 코팅액
- 제 6항의 잉크 수용층을 형성하는 코팅액으로부터 그 위에 형성된 잉크 수용층을 지닌 기질 시트를 포함하는 잉크 수용층을 지닌 기록 시트
