Claims (6)
- 단호박의 상부를 도려내어 뚜껑을 만들고 상기 단호박 내부의 속을 제거하는 속제거 단계;상기 속이 제거된 단호박의 내부에 미리 찐 영양밥을 채우는 영양밥 채움단계;상기 단호박의 상부를 도려내어 만든 상기 뚜껑을 덮고 단호박의 겉표면을 호일로 감싸는 래핑단계;상기 래핑된 단호박을 진흙토기에 넣는 키핑단계; 및상기 진흙토기를 가마에 넣고 구워내는 구이단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단호박 영양밥 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 영양밥 채움단계에서 채워지는 상기 영양밥은,찹쌀, 흑미, 서리태가 10~20:2~5:2~5 중량비로 배합되어 물에 불린 후 쪄진 상태로 상기 단호박 내부에 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단호박 영양밥 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 영양밥 채움 단계는.상기 영양밥의 상부에 고명을 얹는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단호박 영양밥 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 속제거 단계와 상기 영양밥 채움단계 사이에는,속이 제거된 단호박 내부에 올리브유를 도포하는 올리브유 도포단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단호박 영양밥 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구이단계는,500℃ 내지 650℃ 에서 60분 내지 80분간 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단호박 영양밥 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 ,상기 영양밥은 찹쌀, 흑미, 서리태가 15:3:2 중량비로 배합되며, 상기 구이단계는 550℃ 에서 70분간 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단호박 영양밥 제조방법.
