Claims (6)
- 유체유로내에 설치되어 유입파이프 또는 유출파이프에 연통하는 여러개의 개구부를 구비한 본체가 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 밸브체와, 이 밸브체를 구동하는 구동수단과, 이 구동수단으로부터 상기 밸브체에 회전을 전달하는 회전전달부재와, 상기 개구부가 형성되고, 이 개구부를 개폐하도록 상기 밸브체가 압접하여 접동되는 밸브시트 플레이트를 구비하며, 이 밸브시트 플레이트 및 상기 밸브체를 상기 구동수단 및 상기 회전전달부재와 함께 기밀하게 봉지(封止)하여 밀폐공간을 구성하는 케이스체로 이루어지는 밸브구동장치로서, 상기 밸브체는 상기 밸브시트 플레이트로부터 이간가능하고, 상기 밸브시트 플레이트와 상기 케이스체를 용접할 때 상기 밸브체를 상기 밸브시트 플레이트로부터 이간한 이간위치에 일시적으로 계지하는 고정수단을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브구동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고정수단은 상기 밸브체를 상기 밸브시트 플레이트에 압접하는 부세수단에 맞서 상기 밸브체를 상기 밸브시트 플레이트로부터 이간시키고, 용접후에 상기 고정수단에 의한 계지를 해제하며, 상기 부세수단에 의해 상기 밸브시트 플레이트와의 접촉위치로 복귀시킨 상기 밸브체는 개폐회전동작이 상기 고정수단으로부터 간섭되지 않는 위치에 이간하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브구동장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 고정수단에 상기 각 밸브체를 계지시키는 고정조작은 상기 각 밸브체의 회동에 의해 행해지고, 소정의 회동각도로 회동을 저지하는 규제위치를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브구동장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 부세수단과 상기 밸브체와의 계지해제는 상기 밸브체 자체의 작동에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브구동장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 규제위치에 의해 상기 각 밸브체의 기동원점과, 이 기동원점에서 회전을 기계적으로 저지하기 위해 상기 회전전달부재에 배치한 저지부와의 상대적 각도관계를 일의적으로 위치를 정한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브구동장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 회전전달부재는 치차인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브구동장치.
