Claims (4)
- 도전성 카본블랙을 15 ∼ 50 중량% 함유하는 열가소성 폴리아미드로 이루어지는 도전성 폴리머층 (A) 과 융점 170 ℃ 이상의 열가소성폴리머로 이루어지는 보호폴리머층 (B) 으로 이루어지는 도전성 복합섬유로, 임의의 섬유단면에서 보았을 때 도전성 폴리머층 (A) 은 섬유 표면에 3 개소 이상 노출되어 있고, 그 노출 개소 1 개당의 노출 거리 (L1; ㎛) 는 하기 식 (1) 을 만족하고, 또한 보호폴리머층 (B) 은 섬유단면 둘레길이의 60% 이상을 점유하고, 섬유 전체 중량의 50 중량% 이상 97 중량% 이하를 차지하고 있고, 또한, 보호폴리머층 (B) 을 구성하는 열가소성 폴리아미드가, 디카르본산성분의 60 몰% 이상이 방향족 디카르본산인 디카르본산성분과 디아민성분의 60 몰% 이상이 탄소수 6 ∼ 12 의 지방족 알킬렌디아민인 디아민성분으로 중합되어 이루어지는 열가소성 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 복합섬유:0.1 ≤L1≤L2/ 10 (1)(L2: 1 필라멘트의 섬유단면 둘레길이 (㎛))
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 도전성 폴리머층 (A) 이, 적어도 2 종 이상의 흡유량이 다른 도전성 카본블랙을 함유하고, 또한 100 V 인가시의 전기저항치 (R ; Ω/㎝·f) 가 하기 식을 만족하는 도전성 복합섬유:logR = 7.0 ∼ 11.9 (2)
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 흡유량 130 ∼ 350 ㏄/100 g 의 도전성 카본블랙 / 흡유량 15 ∼ 130 ㏄/100g 의 도전성 카본블랙의 흡유량 비가 1.2 ∼ 25 인 2 종의 도전성 카본블랙이 함유되어 이루어지는 도전성 복합섬유.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보호폴리머층 (B) 에 평균입경이 0.5 ㎛ 이하인 TiO2및 SiO2등의 무기 미립자가 5 중량% 이하 첨가되어 있는 도전성 복합섬유.
