Claims (3)
- 레이저발진기에서 출력된 레이저광의 방향을 변화시키는 편향장치와, 상기편향장치로부터 입사하는 레이저광을 굴절시켜서 가공대상 워크상에 결상시키는 집광렌즈를 갖고, 상기 집광렌즈에 집광용의 볼록렌즈군에 더하여 온도보상용의 오목렌즈가 결합되며, 상기 오목렌즈의 굴절율의 온도변화에 의해 상기 볼록렌즈군의 굴절율의 온도변화를 없애고, 상기 집광렌즈의 집광특성이 이 집광렌즈의 온도변화에 의존하지 않는 레이저가공장치에 있어서, 상기 집광렌즈의 블록렌즈군은 셀레늄화 아연으로 구성되고, 상기 오목렌즈는 게르마늄에 의해 구성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 레이저가공장치.
- 레이저발진기에서 출력된 레이저광의 방향을 변화시키는 편향장치와, 상기 편향장치로부터 입사하는 레이저광을 굴절시켜서 가공대상 워크상에 결상시키는 집광렌즈를 갖고 상기 집광렌즈를 외기로부터 단열하는 단열수단을 갖는 레이저가공장치에 있어서, 상기 단열수단은 집광렌즈를 구성하는 렌즈를 단열소재에 의한 단열재료를 통하여 지지하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 레이저가공장치.
- 레이저발진기에서 출력된 레이저광의 방향을 변화시키는 편향장치와 상기 편향장치로부터 입사하는 레이저광을 굴절시켜서 가공대상 워크상에 결상시키는 집광렌즈를 갖고, 상기 집광렌즈에 입사하는 레이저광의 각도를 조정하며 집광렌즈온도의 변동에의한 상기 집광렌즈의 광학특성의 변동량을 캔슬하는 캔슬기구를 가지고있는 레이저가공장치에 있어서, 상기 캔슬기구는 상기 편향장치에대한 편향량의 지령치를 보정하는 편향량지령 보정수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공장치.
