Claims (3)
- 크랭크각에 대한 캠각을 진각 또는 지각 시키는 가변 밸브타이밍 수단과 크랭크각에 대한 캠각의 위상차인 진각량을 연산하는 진각량 연산수단과, 내연기관의 운전상황에 따라 목표진각량을 연산하는 목표진각량 연산수단과, 상기 진각량 연산수단에 의해 연산되는 진각량과, 상기 목표 진각량 연산수단에 의해 연산되는 목표 진각량에 따라 상기 가변 밸브타이밍 수단을 구동하기 위한 밸브타이밍 제어량을 연산하고 이 밸브타이밍 제어량에 따라 상기 가변 밸브타이밍 수단을 제어하는 밸브타이밍 제어수단과, 내연기관 시동후의 경과기간을 계측하는 기간 계측수단을 구비하고, 상기 목표 진각량 연산수단은 상기 기간 계측수단에 의해 경과기간이 계측될때까지는 목표 진각량을 통상시 보다 작게 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 타이밍 제어장치.
- 크랭크각에 대한 캠각을 진각 또는 지각 시키는 가변 밸브타이밍 수단과 크랭크각에 대한 캠각의 위상차인 진각량을 연산하는 진각량 연산수단과, 내연기관의 운전상황에 따라 목표진각량을 연산하는 목표진각량 연산수단과, 상기 진각량 연산수단에 의해 연산되는 진각량과, 상기 목표 진각량 연산수단에 의해 연산되는 목표 진각량에 따라 상기 가변 밸브타이밍 수단을 구동하기 위한 밸브타임이밍 제어량을 연산하고 이 밸브타이밍 제어량에 따라 상기 가변 밸브타이밍 수단을 제어하는 밸브타이밍 제어수단과 내연기관의 시동후의 경과기간을 계측하는 기간 계측수단을 구비하고, 상기 기간 계측수단에 의해 경과기간이 계측되기까지는 밸브타이밍의 제어를 강제적으로 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브타이밍 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 내연기관의 시동후에 흡기밸브와 배기밸브가 작동하는 사이의 밸브오버랩을 작은값에 설정하기 위한 경과기간을 설정하는 기간 설정수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브 타이밍 제어장치.
