- 매운탕 제조용 고추장 조성물에 있어서,고추분말 52-53 중량%, 꽃소금 9-10 중량 %, 조청 16-17 중량 % 및 나머지는 물로 100 중량 %를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 매운탕 제조용 고추장 조성물.
