Claims (11)
- 강판의 모재(base metal)는 wt%로, 0.0005∼0.0040%의 C, 0.0005∼0.0040%의 N, 0.005∼0.020%의 P 및 0.0005∼0.0030%의 B를 함유하고, 5∼80g/m2의 코팅 중량의 Zn 코팅 층으로써 강판의 하나 이상의 표면에 형성된 제 1 코팅 층, 및 0.5∼10g/m2의 코팅 중량의 Ni 코팅 층으로써 제 1 코팅층에 형성된 제 2 코팅 층을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 코팅 층으로써 Zn 코팅 층은 25wt% 이하의 Fe를 함유하고 및 5∼80g/m2의 코팅 중량을 가진 Zn-Fe-합금 코팅 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 코팅 층으로써 Zn 코팅 층은 25wt% 이하의 Ni을 함유하고 및 5∼80g/m2의 코팅 중량을 가진 Zn-Ni-합금 코팅 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 1 코팅 층 및 제 2 코팅층이 강판의 두 개의 표면위에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 1 코팅 층 및 제 2 코팅 층이 강판의 단지 하나의 표면위에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 제 1 코팅 층 및 제 2 코팅 층을 구비하지 않은 강판의 표면은 5∼80g/m2의 코팅 중량의 Zn 코팅 층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 제 1 코팅 층 및 제 2 코팅 층을 구비하지 않은 강판 표면의 Zn 코팅 층은 25wt% 이하의 Fe를 함유하고 5∼80g/m2의 코팅 중량을 가진 Zn-Fe-합금 코팅 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 제 1 코팅 층 및 제 2 코팅 층을 구비하지 않은 강판 표면의 Zn 코팅 층은 25wt% 이하의 Ni를 함유하고 5∼80g/m2의 코팅 중량을 가진 Zn-Ni-합금 코팅 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,추가로, Ni 이상의 코팅 층 위에 금속 Cr으로써 1∼70mg/m2의 코팅 중량의 크롬산염 피막을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,추가로, Ni 이상의 코팅 층 위에 금속 Cr으로써 1∼70mg/m2의 코팅 중량의 크롬산염 피막을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,추가로, Ni 이상의 코팅 층 위에 금속 Cr으로써 1∼70mg/m2의 코팅 중량의 크롬산염 피막을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내식성, 성형성 및 용접성을 가진 연료 콘테이너용 표면 처리 강판.
