Claims (8)
- 열가소성수지를 가열하면서 반죽하는 압출기와, 반죽된 상기 열가소성수지를 도입하고, 관통해서 주행하는 선형상체코어의 외주에 소정단면형상의 피복층을 성형·피복하는 성형장치와, 상기 압출기와 상기 성형장치를 연결하고, 상기 열가소성수지를 송출통과시키는 연통관을 구비한 선형상체의 압출피복장치에 있어서,상기 성형장치는 설치장소에 고정해서 설치되고, 상기 압출기는 상기 성형장치에 대해서 설치장소에 설치된 이동장치를 개재하여 수평방향으로 이동가능하게 배설되고,가열에 의해서 상기 압출기에 발생하는 열변형은 상기 성형장치를 기점으로 하여 상기 압출기가 수평이동해서 흡수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상체의 압출피복장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이동장치는, 상기 설치장소에 고정된 레일과, 상기 레일위에 배치되는 동시에, 끼워맞추어서 이동하는 이동부재에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상체의 압출피복장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형장치는, 상기 압출기의 압출방향에 배치되는 동시에, 상기 성형장치를 관통하는 상기 선형상체코어는, 상기 압출방향과 직교방향에 배설되고, 상기 압출기와 상기 성형장치는, 직선형상의 상기 연통관에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상체의 압출피복장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압출기는, 그 압출방향이 상기 성형장치 및 상기 성형장치를 관통하는 상기 선형상체코어의 주행방향과 평행으로 배설되는 동시에, 상기 압출기와 상기 성형장치는 L자형의 상기 연통관에 의해서 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상체의 압출피복장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형장치와 상기 압출기를 연결하는 상기 연통관은, 관축을 중심으로 회전자재의 회동연통관이고,상기 성형장치를 관통하는 상기 선형상체코어와 수평면이 이루는 각도가, 상기 성형장치를 통과한 후의 상기 선형상체와 수평면이 이루는 각도와 동등하게 되도록 상기 회동연통관에 의해서 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상체의 압출피복장치.
- 열가소성수지를 가열하면서 반죽하는 압출기와, 반죽된 상기 열가소성수지를 도입하고, 관통해서 주행하는 선형상체코어의 외주에 소정단면형상의 피복층을 성형·피복하는 성형장치와, 상기 압출기와 상기 성형장치를 연결하고, 상기 열가소성수지를 송출통과시키는 연통관을 구비한 선형상체의 압출피복장치에 있어서,상기 성형장치와 상기 압출기는, 각각 고정해서 설치되고,상기 연통관은 굴곡자재한 가요연통관이고,가열에 의해서 상기 압출기에 발생하는 열변형은 상기 가요연통관의 형상변화에 의해서 흡수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상체의 압출피복장치.
- 제 1항∼제 6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성형장치는, 원판중심부에 외주로부터 중심을 향하는 돌기를 가진 형상의 구멍을 가진 회전다이를, 중심축에 대해서 회전가능하게 내장하고,상기 선형상체코어를 상기 회전다이에 관통해서 상기 선형상체코어의 외주길이 방향으로 상기 돌기에 대응하는 나선홈, 또는 소정피치마다 반전하는 나선홈이 형성된 스페이서를 성형·피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상체의 압출피복장치.
- 제 1항∼제 6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성형장치는, 원판중심부에 구멍을 가진 고정다이를 중심축위에 고정해서 내장하고, 상기 선형상체코어를 상기 다이에 관통해서 상기 선형상체코어의 외주에 원통형상의 피복층을 성형·피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상체의 압출피복장치.
