Claims (4)
- 평판상의 원판에 드로오잉가공을 실시해서 바닥이 있는 원통형 소재를 성형하는 드로오잉 가공 공정과, 소성가공에 의해 상기 바닥이 있는 원통형 소재의 원통부의 판두께 감소부의 판두께를 증가시키는 판두께 증가 공정과, 계속해서 상기 바닥이 있는 원통형 소재에 아이어닝 가공을 실시하여 바닥이 있는 원통형 제품을 형성하는 아이어닝 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥이 있는 원통형 제품의 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판두께 증가공정의 소성가공은 상기 바닥이 있는 원통형 소재의 바닥부에 대해서 실시되는 코이닝가공인 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥이 있는 원통형 제품의 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판두께 증가 공정의 소성가공은 상기 바닥이 있는 원통형 소재의 원통부에 실시되는 축방향 압축가공인 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥이 있는 원통형 제품의 성형 방법.
- 중앙부의 판두께를 단부의 판두께에 비해서 크게 한 평판상 원판에 드로오잉가공을 실시하는 바닥이 있는 원통형 소재를 형성하는 드로오잉가공 공정과, 상기 바닥이 있는 원통형 소재에 아이어닝 가공을 실시하여 바닥이 있는 원통형 제품을 성형하는 아이어닝 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥이 있는 원통형 제품의 성형 방법.
