Claims (3)
- 기판상에 유기색소 기록층과 반사층 및 보호층이 차례로 적층 형성된 광기록 매체에 있어서, 상기 기록층은 유기색소 기록층 전체 조성 중에 코발트 화합물계 내산화성 향상제가 색소대비 0.1~20 중량%로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내산화성 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코발트 화합물계 내산화성 향상제는 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 내산화성 광기록매체.상기식에서, A는 Li+, Na+또는 Cs+이고 m, n, ℓ은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1 내지 10의 정수이고, DMF는 N,N-디메틸포름아미드를 의미한다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내산화성 향상제는 다음 화학식 2의 화합물을 주성분으로 하는 유기색소와 함께 다음 화학식 3 및 4로 표시되는 용액에 용해시켜서 도포액 상태로 기판상에 스핀코팅된 상태로 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 내산화성 광기록매체.상기식에서, R1, R2, R3은 각각 독립적으로 C1~C6인 알킬기이고, n은 1~10의 정수이고, X는 할로겐원자, 과할로겐산, 4-플루오로화인 또는 톨루엔 술폰산이고, A는 벤젠 또는 나프탈렌환을 포함하는 고리치환제이다.상기식들 중에서, R4는 CF2, H 또는 CF2(H)-(CF2)n- (여기서, n은 1, 2, 3, 4 또는 5)이고, R5, R6, R7과 R8은 각각 독립적으로 -OH, -H, -CH3,또는 CnH2n+1-C00-(여기서, m과 n은 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 4의 정수)이다.
